「酒店負責人並不幫忙，不懂英語，連簡單請他代叫的士，他都沒有應承，問他有關穿梭巴士安排，他只給時間表，再多一句解說也沒有，酒店的房間是很細小，兩個人住面積大概是四張榻榻米的面積，浴室廁所是公用的，極為罕有的痞廁，廁所格細到連開門轉身都有困難，廁所的清潔亦欠佳，附近沒有食店，只能夠徒步10分鐘去便利店買杯麵。」

「Lovely trip to Hakuba with the family staying at the footstep of the Iwatake slopes. The snow was on and my family and I had a great time. The cottage is lovely, something you would imagine staying at in the snow or by a lake. Has everything you need in it, from the kitchen to the bathroom. Heating was amazing, and the place was so cozy. Only downfall was the standup piano and my daughter thinking she was John Legend so having to listen to that all night did my head in. 「My partner and I had the most amazing time at Ember Lodge in Hakuba! The staff were so welcoming and the service was incredible. Mike and Leo organised a pick-up and drop off service for us. Breakfast cooked and served to us each morning with an option for a cooked dinner as well which was delicious. The location was perfect too, only an 5-10min walk to the ski lifts. Already looking to book another trip here!」

「This place was incredible! We loved our stay so much that we are going to visit again at a time we can stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the slopes were right at the doorstep with a ski school for kids and sledding too. Transportation was available to take us to dinner at other places. The restaurant on site was exceptional, the breakfast was so good each day and then we had dinner with live music and had the most wonderful night. Highly recommend!」

「何度も長野の旅を経験してますが、白馬には初めて宿泊しました。 お部屋は広くて機能的で、概ね快適に過ごせました。冷蔵庫にはコーラと氷結のサービスもあり嬉しかったです。 洗面台が高いと口コミにありましたが、本当に高くて（私も子供も身長150センチ程）多少つま先立ちで使用しました。 お子さんが一緒だと抱え上げるのも大変そうなので、ステップがあるといいと思います。 洗面台前の可動式の全面鏡が、好きな場所を隠せたりする（入口や洗面）のは便利でした。 エレベーター近くにウォーターサーバー、洗濯機、アイスディスペンサーと自販機あり。 温泉エリアのドアは暗証番号の入力が必要で、セキュリティがしっかりしていると思いました。 一つだけ、温泉の利用時間がスタッフの居る10時までだったので、夕食後に慌ただしく入らなければいけなかったのが残念でした。 部屋はシャワーだけなので、12時頃までは利用できた方が折角の良いお風呂が楽しめると思いました。 と色々書きましたが、また白馬に泊まる時はリピートしたいホテルでした。」
