"The room and hotel were great, but the bartender was rude and avoidant when I tried to purchase a bottle of water. The TV screensaver in the room kept going on, lighting up the room and waking me several times. After about two hours of repeatedly putting it in sleep mode on the room tablet, I finally unplugged the tv. I called the front desk several times without answer. This resulted in a terrible night of sleep on a work trip. "

"From the outside the hotel seemed not so nice but on the inside it was very lovely. You can tell there has been a lot of renovations done. The staff was welcoming, however they did mess up our late check out request but resolved without issue. The rooms themselves are clean, comfortable and very nicely decorated. The lobby could use a ramp to access the higher floors but it could possibly be coming with future renovations. Overall the stay was pleasant and I would recommend staying here for a quick overnight. "
