The location is good. But the room cleaner is not good enough. They are not claiming the room for 3 days.

The wallpaper is peeling. The flooring is loose and slides around when you’re walking on it. Just need some repairs otherwise it was mostly clean with an accurate description.

This is NOT a hotel. There is no staff on site. Two nights in a row someone knocked on our door. Very scary. Room is not very spacious and bathroom was not clean. The description is very misleading. Location is convenient.

The stay was excellent—very cozy, comfortable, and exceptionally clean. The service staff I had the opportunity to interact with were all very friendly and helpful. The online service was also seamless and worked perfectly. The location is excellent, very convenient, and close to everything. I would definitely stay here again!

Checkin in instructions were clear. Arrived and entered the room and was immediately disappointed. To the point I wanted to leave but I was trapped in the “no refund” clause. The room looked nothing like the beautiful photo. It had its share of wall patches and wall not patched. The rug was filthy. What I believe was the communal shower was next to my room and it was noisy all hours of the night with drunks coming in and out, being loud, in and out of the restroom. This was not a hotel room is was a hostel with a restroom in the room. This “non-smoking room” reeked of stale cigarette smoke. The hallway reeked of marijuana. Definitely not what was described.

Lovely small property with thoughtful touches like cool water bottles & Nespresso available 24hrs. I had to take a last minute Zoom call and the front desk reserved the business center room for me. The rooms themselves are a bit small but very comfortable beds and linens.

This place is not a hotel, it's an efficiency studio apartment. There is no check in desk. Our room instantly smacks you in the face with smoke smell. It's pretty run down and the maintenance guy is either blind or too lazy to care about his work. The bathroom isn't exactly dirty because it's a bathroom it's dirty because there are horrible repairs in the ceiling from an active leak from upstairs. The sink leaks into its cabinet. Every detail about the place is executed poorly. There is no parking, so you're on your own and it's expensive. The good part is the location. Very close to the action. The sheets and towels were very clean and the bed is comfortable.
