“This was the perfect accommodations for my family of 6. We had plenty of sleeping space, a full kitchen and a comfortable living area. The apartment is ground level, which made entrance so easy. Peter was great and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Having a washer and dryer was incredible and made our stay so much easier. Just a quick few blocks to the T and a Dunkin'. Also, a really great donut shop right next the apartment building. I definitely recommend this space, we had……

“Place was everything it said it was. Clean and easy to get to. Parking with all the snow was difficult at times but if we are willing to walk a bit there are spaces. Coveneinet to restaurants and food”

“It was a perfect location for our daily plans. The owner was very responsive to our needs ”

“Nice home in a quiet neighborhood.”

“The location of this apartment is ideal if you are looking to get around using the T. The Andrew stop on the red line is about a 4-5 minute walk. The apartment is very clean and has all of the amenities you need. It is perfect for 3 people. The owners were responsive and made sure we didn’t have any issues. If you are driving to Boston, be aware that parking isn’t just difficult in this area, it is basically illegal since all of the streets for many blocks out do not allow for visitor……

“Sink Faucet in the main bathroom was wobbly, had difficulty turning on cold tap. Wall paint in main bathroom was peeling off. Parking was not that great . We have to park in the street after 7pm if you want free parking. We ended up staying in the property from4pm til 7pm so we can secure the spot where we were parked. We were afraid there won’t be available parking spot if we leave our parking spot. I don’t feel like the bedsheets were freshly laundered. My pillow case doesn’t smell like it was……

“The home was perfect for our party of 8 people for a week long baseball tournament! We especially appreciated the two living room spaces (teenagers downstairs and adults upstairs), the super easy street parking and three full bathrooms. The host is super responsive and the communication was clear. I highly recommend this home.”

“Jeff was an excellent host. Quick to respond to any questions. It is a lovely place to stay for that city feel. We were able to walk to foodies for groceries. Plus they had a deli and meat counter that was fabulous. In fact, that was our dinner one night after we’d been out site seeing all day. We bought stuff from Foodies to heat up for dinner. It was a good stay! Of note: I didn’t notice if it talked about this when I booked it but it is up three flights of stairs. Only a problem for……

“Location was great. Enjoy your stay.”

“The property is very nice once you get inside. It is large and well-stocked. However the stairs in the front are very difficult to navigate, especially if you have luggage. Also there is nothing much within walking distance and is not in a great neighborhood, one Uber driver commented that I was brave to stay there. Also there is a cleaning fee, but the guest is required to take out the trash and wash all dishes.”

“Small unit, but very comfortable. Having 2 bathrooms was nice. Also very nice having a washer and dryer on site to do laundry. It was very convenient.”

“The stay was great! Bridget was a great host and great with communication. Parking was the hardest part. And honestly that’s Boston. Nothing against the host at all. ”

“spent 2 night with poor A/C the filters on the window units were nasty. I had to clean them all. A/C coils were nasty.Kitchen pans were awful.. one handle about to fall off. no cast skillets”

“A fantastic stay with fantastic hosts. Great location, really spacious and clean space, has everything you need for an extended stay in Boston.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Jay responded to all of our questions very quickly. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great. It was a short Lyft ride to everything we needed. It is a great place for larger groups. ”

“Overall, it is a nice place. The proximity to the Metro is fantastic. Nice rooms and space. The description of the listing is accurate. ”

“We were looking forward to this vacation and staying at this property. We pulled in to a property a bit run down and were greeted with a half eaten piece of chicken on a chair on our porch. There were multiple items wrong with the unit that cropped up the longer we stayed, the more we found. The overall appearance was dirty and unkept, ( microwave, oven, bathtubs, floors) paint had been touched up with the wrong colors. Bed pillows, pillowcases and towels were stained and dining room table and……
