"We were locked out of the room and it took an hour and 30 minutes to get in contact with someone. We were extremely late to our concert and basically missed our entire concert "

"Being a fourth-time returning guest usually earns you a bit of "VIP" treatment, or at the very least, some basic recognition. To be met with a wall of "no" regarding timing and a management team that seems to be playing hide-and-seek is a major service failure. They have zero flexibility with early check in and late check out."

"Clean room and friendly staff. Especially one of the bellboys at the front who was always so lovely and opened the car doors for us every time. "

"Gostamos da localização, de como tudo é limpo e organizado. O que mais nos impressionou foram as pessoas que trabalham lá. A Jane nos tratou muito bem, tão atenciosa e paciente com nossos pedidos. Elias também nos serviu bem e conseguiu achar um pudim delicioso que estávamos querendo. O André foi muito gentil, atencioso e nos tratou super bem nas 2 semanas que estivemos por lá. Obrigada a vocês por tudo. O calor não ajudou muito mas a academia de ginástica poderia ser mais moderna e com um ar condicionado mais forte já que é no último piso. A água do chuveiro do nosso segundo quarto também não estava ficando quente e isso foi um pouco incômodo para tomar banho de manhã cedo. Mas com certeza voltaríamos lá e recomendarei pra quem estiver passando por São Paulo. "
