Listed as four star with two rosettes, should be rated maximum of two star. Breakfast was greasy. Lack of ambience. Bathroom stank of cigarette smoke. Cleaners took away the rubbish and changed the towels but did not make the bed. No lounge to sit and relax in. Website mentioned restaurant being refurbed. No sign of this happening. Whole hotel is tired and needs complete overhaul. Bed and pillows uncomfortable. Chairs by window also uncomfortable. Stayed just one night, not two due to the above. Website very misleading

Across the road from B.I.C and short stroll to the seafront. My seaview room was large with coffee table and 2 comfy chairs in the Bay looking onto the pier and the front. Useful to have a fridge in the room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was nice with cooked options and help yourself to cereals, fruit, yoghurt etc. Majority of staff were very friendly. We didn't eat in the restaurant. Extremely small car park. Some maintenance issues - dripping tap.

No food available after a long trip and the sea view room on the first floor is a bit of a stretch from a standing position only. I did manage to catch a glimpse between the rooftops.

I had an exceptional stay at Sea Stone Hotel in Bournemouth. From the moment I arrived, the manager and staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. My room was spotless, well-equipped with everything I needed, and offered a breathtaking view of the beach and pier, which made my stay even more memorable. The hotel's location was excellent—just a short walk from the city centre while still providing a peaceful seaside atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Sea Stone Hotel to anyone visiting Bournemouth.

Our recent stay at the hotel was very enjoyable. Proximity to Beach and gardens could not have been better. My husband is a wheelchair user and the hotel proved very accessible. The parking space provided (for blue badge holders) next to the hotel was such a bonus. Our lovely cooked breakfast was provided as part of the booking. Staff were polite, caring and willing to help in any way they could. We will definitely book this hotel again when we return to Bournemouth!

Thé hotel needs refurbishment. The rooms have very high windows difficult to open. There was a bad smell in the room as it was very hot. There was a fan in the room but it was not very effective. The carpet was not very clean.
