“Room was clean and very comfortable. Could have done with a bath rather than a shower. Food was very good and very reasonably priced. Pub had a good atmosphere but we weren’t told the procedure of ordering food and were left for a while before we decided to actually ask how their system worked. ”

“I paid higher price for a room with a private bathroom, unfortunately the private bathroom is not in my room, my wife and I had to walk across the public landing, passing another room door, to get to the “private bathroom”. There are small insects too, we don’t mind the spiders, but the flies are quite annoying.”

“Great communication. Room was spotless and warm for my arrival. Oat milk provided, so I could enjoy a cup of tea!
Lovely bathroom, bed is super comfortable and I slept really well. Quiet location only a 15 minute walk from the centre of Totnes.
Would definitely stay ahain on a future visit.”
