“Pool was nice but overcrowded on the day we stayed. Hot tub was not very hot. Waterslide was nice but due to overcrowded the landing was congested. Not the hotel's fault for amount of guests swimming at once. I assumed from photos and location that parking would be plentiful. However it was not. We had a vehicle pulling a trailer but we managed to find an end spot to back into. Sound from people walking above and doors slamming carries. Overall a great place to stay as a quick stop on our……

“The staff at the front desk have no patience with guests, the shuttle driver was very rude with guests' suitcases and damaged my suitcase trolley without even an apology. The bedding was not changed every guest and the towels were disgusting! The smell of male bodily fluids clung to the towels and you could smell it when you entered the bathroom, and there was actually a blood stain on one of the towels that hadn't washed off. It was disgusting! Don't waste your money challenging your bottom……
