"The front staff were so friendly and helpful (at check-in and check-out). Because it was Christmas, there was a little gift waiting for me! It was a really lovely surprise. "

"The internet had a little trouble connecting but the rooms were a nice size, the breakfast was good (good diversity), and the beds were comfy. I do think the temperature control for the room was a little difficult to use as the room was quite warm but that could also have been user error."
