「We stayed for a week in February, and it was fabulous. The weather was a bit damp on and off, but the Grooms Bothy was always warm and welcoming. (I want underfloor heating!). It’s well equipped, close to Kelso for everything you need, and in a quiet and pretty location. The owners live next door, and a with their 2 little dogs are friendly and on hand if you need something. The welcome pack of milk, snacks and wine was a lovely touch. 「Contact difficult, automated responses to messages, voicemail for calls. We wanted early entry but apparently this is not avaliable unless booked in advance for housekeeping purposes. An hr early on a wet Thursday in February, I'm sure could've been manageable, or a least a call back to say no. 「A lovely little Cottage to stay in, it was well situated for reaching all the main coastal areas with ease. We really enjoyed our stay thanks.One little point in which we felt was needed.
