“Comfortable beds, great linens, all the extras you would expect in a better quality hotel. They even left eggs and bread for breakfast so we wouldn't need to run out on the first evening. I loved the unique decorating touches and gardens. But I needed a step-stool to unlock the patio door and could not find one. “This was the best place we stayed in England. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.
We bought oven ready meals and cooked them. Made a salad. Good times.
Lovely garden in back overlooking Pub.
It was easy walking to grocery and Pub. ”

“Property is well located and beds are comfy. It was very cold in the property when we arrived as the thermostat had been turned to 10 degrees and there were no matches to light the fire. The whole property felt like it needed a bit of a refresh.....walls marked, some mirrors cracked, doors & handles chipped, kitchen equipment mismatched and well used, some kitchen equipment broken, dining room chair broken and not usable. The shower has a slanted roof so not ideal as you have to duck to prevent……

“Enjoyable stay.
Lovely town, everything within walking distance. Private car parking space was good, although a little tight.
House was clean and owners to attention to detail was apparent to us. Everything well maintained and tidy. Clean bedding, towels etc.
Would return to this house if in Seahouses again.”
