Ramshead: Main Floor: Ski in Ski Out

Main floor condo located in the Mountain Villas Lettered condos. It is a short walk across the parking lot to the Boyneland Ski Lift.
Large open main living kitchen dining area is perfect for gathering together. With 3 separate bedrooms there's room for the whole family or gather with two groups to make the most of your dollar.
There is ample parking both near the condo and across the street for trailers, RVs, and boats.


We live locally and are available in the event of an emergency. Otherwise we can be reached via the airbnb app, text or phone.

Located on the property of Boyne Mountain - walkable to the village which has dining and shopping options.
Deer Lake is also on property and has a variety of water activities.
Ski and Golf just steps away too.

Car is preferred but once on property you can walk or take the resort shuttle.

Boyne Mountain has a lot to offer as a full resort.
Restaurants, bars, shopping, and activities are all walkable from the condo.

During the summer there are many activities around the resort (bon fires, hayrides, yard games, swimming at Deer Lake) some of which cost extra like fat tire bikes or ziplines.

Main Floor condo with no stairs. Large living space with gas fireplace for those chilly winter days. Back bedrooms have a pocket door in the hallway to create a quite space for those early to bed.
Dining area easily seats 8. Back patio looks onto grassy open space.

Fully renovated Kitchen and two bathrooms. New appliances too! Great space for cooking while here if you did not want to eat out at many of the fine establishments that are within walking distance from the condo.

Heated Pool is open seasonally Memorial Day to Labor Day. It is private and only for use by condo association.

All guests must complete a Guest Rental Agreement, ID verification, and Security Deposit in order to receive Arrival Instructions. Details of the Guest Rental Agreement can be found in the House Rules.

We manage other condos in the Greater Boyne Area. Should you need more space please reach out.

Cute, cozy cottage and nice location, less than a 5 minute walk to the slopes. We enjoyed being able to cook and the kitchen had all the utensils and dishes/pots/pans required. The location meant we didn't have to scramble to find parking and actually walked less in our ski boots. I would highly recommend this location!
