Wonderful holiday stay

This house is a great place to spend some family time. They have thought of everything in the kitchen and outside in the backyard for you to be able to cook to your hearts content, barbecue, swim in the pool and relax.

This was my first time staying at a rental property and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and everything that we needed was pretty much there. My six year-old boy enjoyed the pool and all the games that they have on site. Kayla and Matt were very attentive, answering any questions that I had promptly. Will definitely stay again! A well designed and decorated property inside and out. Every detail needed for an enjoyable stay has been addressed by the owners, including bedding, toiletries, towels, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, paper towels, and dish soap. All tvs work well, including the one outside near the pool. My Son enjoyed sitting in the pool on one of many available inflatables while watching a football game. Several comfortable chairs and various sized tables surround the backyard in a well-conceived design. The property is very clean. The owners kindly respond to queries in a timely manner. You will be happy to choose this property for your vacation stay.

Exactly what we were wanting! We spent 6 days at this amazing property. We didn’t want to leave! Our family & friends were in town to celebrate our wedding. We looked for Venues for our very chill & low key event. After looking around we realized we had the best place for us exactly where we were. The house is VERY clean & well stocked with anything you want. The back patio & pool was the star of the show. The owners are amazing & very responsive! Quite neighborhood close to many things. Peaceful and Relaxing

Our hosts were always available for questions and information we needed during our stay. We enjoyed being outside in the large pool area soaking up the sun and spending time lounging around the pool and eating our meals out there as well. Great grill for barbecuing. Lots to do in the area. Delray Beach was our favorite.

The house was exactly like the photos. Very clean and the decorations for the holidays were a very nice touch. The house is well kept, and you can tell the owners really care about the property. Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying at this home during a long weekend to visit family in Boynton and Delray Beach. Everything is exactly as described and beyond - so nice that the hosts supply coffee, as well as plentiful towels, pool toys, and lounge chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the patio and even used the gas firepit one night. The couches and beds are very comfortable, it's a great location, and communication was prompt and clear. I would absolutely stay here again, I loved it!

in town for a few days and luckily picked this home to stay in. it is very comfortable, very clean and spacious. It has everything you need for the beach, the pool, cooking, etc. Groceries are just a few minutes away. Several great restaurants close by. I thought the owners have decorated this home with a great balance of vintage & modern. Love the floors and tile. They communicated after check in to make sure we were good. The pool is amazing as is the backyard lighting. It was a quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic Oasis

My spouse and teenage kids could not have been happier with our stay at the Dip & Sip. Communication was timely, and The owners were very accommodating to our requests.The property had every amenity it promised and plenty of space to ourselves. We’ve been visiting family in the Boynton area for many many years and were so pleased to find this gem so nearby to them. From start to finish we thoroughly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. July 4th Stay

The house was clean and spacious. There are roomy closets and dressers in each room to unpack and get suitcases out of the way so you feel like you were at home. There are beach towels, chairs, beach bag and extra inflatables. It was great to not have to pack these items or purchase them when we arrived. The pool was clean and just the right temperature! The house is in a great location! Easy and quick drive to Boynton and Delray restaurants and beaches. Would stay here again!

Spring break vacation

My family and I were so pleased and surprised with this vacation experience. This home is perfect for those who enjoy peace and quiet with a focus completely on relaxation. Kayla and Matt have provided everything that one could possibly need on a vacation... pool toys, corn hole, beach equipment, beach towels and a beautifully crafted backyard with private pool and BBQ area. Everything was labeled and we were welcomed to the home with a basket full of goodies including pet toys for our doggies! The home is conveniently located to stores, restaurants and the beach. I highly recommend this home and can't wait to have an opportunity to return
