About this property

Dip n' Sip Oasis: Heated pool, close to the beach & Atlantic ave!

  • Dip into the pool and sip on your favorite drink! This beautiful home has so much to offer for your vacation! We have a fully stocked kitchen including complimentary coffee! Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and bar with a grill, ice maker, refrigerator, and sink! You will have everything you need here at our Dip n sip oasis and it's awesome location. It's just short drive to the beach, dining, nightlife and shopping!

    The pool heater is not guest accessible and is locked at 85 degrees. It will run during the day while the pool pump runs. The heater will automatically shut off when exceeding 85 degrees. In the event of very cold weather, the heater will be able to keep the pool 20-25 degrees above the air temp. If you have any questions please contact us for more details.

    Neighborhood:

    We are located just 2 miles from the beautiful beach, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, and great resturants right on the intercostal. Just a 3 mile drive to Delray Beach where you will find another beautiful public beach, restaurants, shopping and nightlife located on Atlantic Ave. We have 2 grocery stores less than a mile from the house so you can grab some hot dogs or hamburgers and have a nice cookout by the pool. Please check out our guest book when you arrive as we have listed some recommendations for dining and activities to do in the area with addresses and descriptions!

    •Parties and large gatherings are STRICTLY prohibited without direct permission from owners. Guests inquiring about an event will be asked to provide specific details before it can be approved. If an event takes place at the home without approval the guest will be penalized with a fee, reported, and be told to leave the property immediately.

The property was very neat and clean, and the guest book was helpful. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet and the owner’s labeling of items within the household was very very helpful. I will certainly stay at this property again in the future.

Wonderful holiday stay

This house is a great place to spend some family time. They have thought of everything in the kitchen and outside in the backyard for you to be able to cook to your hearts content, barbecue, swim in the pool and relax.

This was my first time staying at a rental property and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The place was extremely clean, cozy, and everything that we needed was pretty much there. My six year-old boy enjoyed the pool and all the games that they have on site. Kayla and Matt were very attentive, answering any questions that I had promptly. Will definitely stay again! Great place for family trip

The property made it easy to travel with kids. Not only did they provide a pack n play but the mattress, black out curtains, puddle jumpers, pool toys, beach toys, easy! Happy with our choice in VRBOS! Thankful!

Peaceful and Relaxing

Our hosts were always available for questions and information we needed during our stay. We enjoyed being outside in the large pool area soaking up the sun and spending time lounging around the pool and eating our meals out there as well. Great grill for barbecuing. Lots to do in the area. Delray Beach was our favorite.

Wonderful place to stay!

We loved staying at this home during a long weekend to visit family in Boynton and Delray Beach. Everything is exactly as described and beyond - so nice that the hosts supply coffee, as well as plentiful towels, pool toys, and lounge chairs. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out on the patio and even used the gas firepit one night. The couches and beds are very comfortable, it's a great location, and communication was prompt and clear. I would absolutely stay here again, I loved it!

Great place - Exactly as described and pictured!

The house was exactly like the photos. Very clean and the decorations for the holidays were a very nice touch. The house is well kept, and you can tell the owners really care about the property. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Great backyard!!! My family was very impressed and we will absolutely be staying here again. Thank you for such a nice stay.

Fantastic Oasis

My spouse and teenage kids could not have been happier with our stay at the Dip & Sip. Communication was timely, and The owners were very accommodating to our requests.The property had every amenity it promised and plenty of space to ourselves. We’ve been visiting family in the Boynton area for many many years and were so pleased to find this gem so nearby to them. From start to finish we thoroughly felt at home and enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning again in the future!

Exactly what we were wanting! We spent 6 days at this amazing property. We didn’t want to leave! Our family & friends were in town to celebrate our wedding. We looked for Venues for our very chill & low key event. After looking around we realized we had the best place for us exactly where we were. The house is VERY clean & well stocked with anything you want. The back patio & pool was the star of the show. The owners are amazing & very responsive! Quite neighborhood close to many things. Fun Florida feel that made our wedding week an amazing celebration!

A well designed and decorated property inside and out. Every detail needed for an enjoyable stay has been addressed by the owners, including bedding, toiletries, towels, utensils, pots and pans, glasses, paper towels, and dish soap. All tvs work well, including the one outside near the pool. My Son enjoyed sitting in the pool on one of many available inflatables while watching a football game. Several comfortable chairs and various sized tables surround the backyard in a well-conceived design. The property is very clean. The owners kindly respond to queries in a timely manner. You will be happy to choose this property for your vacation stay.
