Cozy Timber Frame Cabin with Private Hot Tub and Amazing Views!
Professionally decorated and masterfully-built, the Gallatin Guest House is in a country setting just 15 minutes west of Bozeman. Spend your vacation here, and you will enjoy peaceful surroundings and spectacular views, along with convenient access to the numerous activities in and around the Gallatin Valley!
Our guest house is a highly energy efficient timber frame, with exposed beams throughout. The custom cabinetry, hand-poured concrete countertops, and spiral staircase are just a few of the creative touches that add to its incredible character. You will also enjoy amazing views of the Bridger Mountains, Spanish Peaks, and the beautiful rolling hills and farm fields that surround you.
*Please note - this is our guest house! You will need to walk across our front yard to access it. However, we have created our guest house and patio space with privacy in mind! It is about 40 ft from our residence (corner to corner) with windows facing the views, and a tall privacy fence to protect your space.
Relax here at night, but be sure to play all day – there is so much to do in the Gallatin Valley, and nearly everything is less than an hour’s drive from the Gallatin Guest House. Gallatin River fishing access and golfing at Cottonwood Golf Course are only a few miles away. Within 25 minutes you could be soaking at Norris Hot Springs while listening to live music, or be enjoying dinner and entertainment at a downtown Bozeman venue.
However, you may not want to spend all of your time away from the guest house. There is a hot tub on the patio for exclusive use by those renting our guest house, where you can relax and soak - taking in the views by day, and the incredible stars by night. Enjoy air conditioning during the summer months, and a gas fireplace with its cozy warmth in the winter. There is a loft for reading, and in the bedroom there is a flat screen Roku TV as well as a Blu-Ray/DVD player. Need internet? Wi-fi is also provided!

We stayed recently to celebrate our anniversary and it was perfect! The house and property were absolutely gorgeous! The views from the deck and hot tub were stunning! It was so peaceful to sit on the deck each morning and evening soaking in the views. We had a small group of mule deer pass through each day and they were super cute to watch. The house was immaculate with many accommodations for those traveling from out of state. It was clear the owners take pride in their home and property. We appreciated the resources made available for things to do in the area. It was a short drive to Bozeman where there was plenty to do. Small and large hiking areas were not far either. The drive to Yellowstone was a little over an hour and made the perfect day trip. It was nice coming back to a relaxing, peaceful place after a long day of adventure. The rental is on the same property as the owners, but with the privacy fence we truly felt secluded. We even had the opportunity to say a quick hello to the owners. I would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay again! Thank you Jen and Jeff for entrusting us to stay!

Fantastic long weekend outside Bozeman!! Short distance from downtown & Bozeman airport. Quiet & beautiful country side. The house rental has everything you need…small fridge, coffee pot with filter & coffee, fireplace, heat, ac, shower necessities, blow dryer & flat iron. Very comfortable bed & hot water. Easy to find, park & check in. Excellent communication with owners & replied immediately. We will be back! Thank you!!

This is a GREAT VRBO… personality and beauty. It’s near enough to the city but remote enough to wake to a gorgeous Montana landscape. My son and I came for a fly fishing trip and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at night .. looking at zillions of stars . Jen and Jeff have made a truly unique -home ( located near their home but they make it feel like your very own space. They make it easy for you to communicate and come and go as you please 5 stars for sure !

Gorgeous views, comfortable stay
Everything about our stay was perfect. The cabin is so intentionally furnished and decorated, and we felt right at home. The welcome binder with local recommendations and books on the area were much appreciated. We definitely made use of the guide to planning a day trip to Yellowstone!Being able to sit in the hot tub, watch the stars, and listen to the cows mooing in the distance over the hills after a long day of being out and about was the most relaxing way to end the day. We were in Bozeman from RI for my brother’s graduation, but now that we’re back home, we’ve talked about planning another trip to Montana just to be able to stay here again! Thank you Jen & Jeff!!

This property is stunning, an absolutely gorgeous home with an amazing view. We enjoyed every minute of our stay here. The outdoor space is very private and quiet the hot tub was clean and instructions were easy to follow. All of the details inside were wonderful as well, the books Jen has chosen to lay out (hiking guides and stories of Montana's history as well as the welcome book with restaurant recommendations) was a perfect touch. If we are ever in the Bozeman area in the future we would love to stay here again!

Well crafted post and beam structure
The structure was a piece of art in itself. Incredible craftmanship. Perfect for two people with 3 levels. The view of the mountains and farmland outside of Bozeman close to the Gallatin River was superb. This rental was one of the 2 best VRBO rentals that I have had in the last 20 years. Hosts were helpful and personal.

SIMPLY AMAZING! 5 STARS!!
As we were searching for a unique home base for our Montana family vacation, we were blessed to stumble upon this gem!! From the first communications with Jen, until the we pulled out of the drive for the last time, the experience could not have been more perfect for our family.
The property is just as promised by the description and pictures, but oh, so much more! Jeff and Jen have successfully created a little oasis of peace and privacy, perfect for us after long days of adventure. The location of the tiny home was certainly close enough to the conveniences of downtown Bozeman, but also central to so many other bucket list destinations for us. Within an easy 1-2 hour drive of major fly fishing rivers and hikes.
The home itself was extremely clean, and met our needs perfectly. The loft was where our 10 year old could have some privacy, while the master was in the basement. (Narrow spiral stairs). Nice windows we kept open nightly. The outside spaces were where we spent most of our time. Beautiful sunrises, and the long range 180' views of the Montana mountain range in the background, with lush green fields in the foreground were just stunning. A well kept lawn surrounded a patio with with cute sitting area complete with gas fire pit and hot tub. There was a very nice Weber gas grill, and the mini fridge had a small freezer.
Jen and Jeff were the most gracious of hosts, and truly made us feel so welcome and at home. Many thanks! 5 Stars!! Hope to return soon!

Such a great location - a bit out of Bozeman for peacefulness but easy to get to when you want to be in the city! Hot tub and fire pit were lovely. We really liked having the electric griddle to make our gluten free pancakes on! Jen was very helpful in helping with some laundry and extra ice! Peaceful and lovely farmland type setting. Thanks for the hospitality!

Adorable timber frame cabin!
Beautiful, well built cabin with amazing views and amenities. The owners, Jeff and Jen, have made the cabin so cozy and welcoming. Sitting in the hot tub looking at the stars really added to the serene setting. Would love to stay again!

Serenity
Jen has created the perfect place to unwind and get away from the hustle and bustle of life. The private setting and view are nothing short of stellar! Jen is a fabulous hostess and is easy to communicate with. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer than 2 nights. My dream would to be stranded there for a week... with food! :)

Great place!
My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. Place was great and amazing views to be had! Hosts were attentive but left us to ourselves. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to Bozeman.
