"The coffee bar was outstanding with fresh ground coffee beans including decafe. The lobby was clean and staff was friendly and helpful. The phone in the room did not work not a big deal since everyone has cell phones and a click to schedule wake-up calls. I scheduled the courtesy shuttle to the airport at 4:30am. Nice service."

"The parking was 2 blocks away and you still had to pay to self park and there was no breakfast and you can hear every little noise through the walls at this "Motel". The matresses were absolutely horrible. Extremely old and i woke up with the worst back pain ever."

"They have fish inside their lobby! All the logs and wood work look amazing. Love the feel of the indoor stairs and plants and Waterfall. Their breakfast could taste a little better. But staff is very helpful with everything. We loved staying here."

"What they advertised was misleading. The fireplace didn't work on the lobby and we wanted to sit by the fire after a cold and rainy day. The refrigerator in our room was full of old food, drinks and snacks. It makes me think if they really cleaned the rest of the room. One of the beds was broken. I sat in the end of the bed and it ripped about half way up in the air. Really disappointed. Not worth the $300+ I spent! "
