「Lots of old world charm. Very helpful staff!」

「This was the best motor inn I’ve ever stayed. Spacious and clean, checkin was fast and the receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many varieties of food, fresh cereals, muffins and bananas. Close to Bracebridge town and Muskoka Lake. 」

「Great room. Breakfast not so good. Noisy neighbors.」

「I had a pleasant stay at this motel. The front desk staff, the gentleman at reception, was exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful. He always did his best to assist with any requests, which made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bedding felt incredibly fresh—like the sheets were changed daily. It made for a very relaxing and restful night's sleep. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning unit was a bit noisy...

「If you're thinking of staying here, don't. Rooms are dirty and in need of updating. Floors including the shower are all soft and the place smells bad. The bed was the most uncomfortable ..not a good sleep. Was so glad when morning arrived so we could leave. Terrible experience for the ridiculous price we paid...」

「wonderful stay. beautiful property and lovely attentive hosts. the cabin is very cute and has everything you need.」

「My first impression was WOW!!!! Everything was just as is in the pictures. This was a very family friendly accommodation. There were games, toys, and the kid's bathroom had the whale over the spout. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances, dishes, utensils, silverware and more. There was a whole spice drawer. Amazing. Loved that the Keurig was a coffee pot and could use pods too. There was grill, which we used. Plenty of firewood to use the outdoor firepit, which we did, twice and...

「Terrible Experience – Property Was Nothing Like the Listing This was one of the worst accommodation experiences we have had, and it completely ruined our long weekend plans. The property was extremely dirty and dusty, poorly maintained, and nothing like what was advertised on Expedia. Here are the major issues we experienced: * Poor cleanliness: The property was dusty and dirty, including dirty dishes in the kitchen. * Safety concerns: The ceiling was falling apart, the stairs were broken,...

「Lovely location. Current status of build not complete. No towel hooks towel rack in one of the washrooms. Barstool too high for the island. Check in very smooth, lots of parking. Was not advised of construction prior to booking our reservation.」

「Staff is very helpful. Great breakfast.」
