“Very nice and clean! Looks exactly like the pictures! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay again when visiting Sarasota! My favorite was the Nespresso expresso maker. And I loved the idea of having a washer and dryer in the unit… we didn’t have to take home dirty clothes. There were also beach chairs, and an umbrella to use at the beaches. Other amenities included a steamer, iron, coffee maker, and everything you needed for your use. Lovely place to stay!”

“Nice and comfortable place with a very kind host. This place had all the needed amenities to make our stay comfortable. The location is close to a very nice park, (walking or biking), we used it daily for both as well as a quick route over to Anna Maria Island for the beautiful beaches and amazing sunsets! We even had chocolates on our pillows. Highly recommend!”

“We will stay here again! Very clean and has everything. You can walk to the pools, tennis courts, and basketball courts. There was plenty of room for dining in-we prepared a couple of meals here. We love having a refrigerator and washer/dryer. Communication from the host was great! Check in was so easy! Beautiful condo. My favorite was sitting in the screened in porch area and reading while listening to the lake fountain! I wish I was there now!”

“This was a well maintained, clean and crisp well equipped VRBO. My wife and I have stayed in many places in the Bradenton area...although the location was not perfect...the hosts made it a perfect stay. They checked on us each day, offered places to eat, easily contacted and responded quickly. Seriously, it is that level of customer care that makes any stay so good. June and Pete...great job and wonderful place to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. We will be back.”

“I would describe this property as a very nice no frills type of place. It's clean and funtional. It was difficult to find the parking in the dark. Other than that no complaints. I did have an issue with the lock but Christianne was very quick and responsive with getting the issue resolved.”
