We LOVED this home and it was perfectly laid out for a large many adult family. The weather wasn't great when we were there which is only mother nature to blame but there was so much to do, we didn't care about the weather. Highly recommended.

Outstanding property- a secluded gem! we had three generations in our group and there was space, privacy and several special amenities for everyone to enjoy. Loved the pool/spa and outdoor living/dining area. Golfers had tons of fun with golf simulator. Kids and adults were playing in the game room. TV’s in all rooms and also outdoors — bedrooms were all quiet and comfortable! Kitchen is very well stocked and equipped. This rental is worth every penny! We will be back.

This was the PERFECT house for our family of 12 to gather for Thanksgiving weekend! 5 couples and 2 older teenagers all slept comfortably! The pool, hot tub, golf simulator, outdoor kitchen and lounging area with TV were the icing on top! Very private yard; beautiful setting; incredibly clean - inside the home and outside pool area. The host kindly allowed us to check in early when our flight arrived and cheerily welcomed us upon arrival to explain the pool and golf simulator details. If we ever have reason to visit this area again, I wouldn’t even look at other options - this place was fantastic!

Great accommodations for larger groups (golfers)

We were a group of 8 golfers who found this rental to exceed our expectations in accommodations and amenities. And the property manager, Chris, was very accommodating and responsive. Our only disappointment was the location. It's situated in an area of Bradenton that appears rundown. However, we felt safe during our stay given that the rental is setback off a rarely used access road. We would rent this property again.

Family friendly, and very spacious, Awesome pool setup.

What a great place to stay!!! We had plenty of room with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths and nice kitchen and living room. And to top it off what a sweet backyard and pool setup. Host was great, accommodating, friendly and very helpful when needed. You will have everything you need at these house for a short stay or long stay. Can't wait to get back to Florida and stay here again.

Perfect for family and friends!

We were in Bradenton for our daughters wedding and had multi-ages of friends and family staying with us and needed a place where people had their own space but also had a place to spend time together! How perfect the areas around the pools! And bonus the day after the wedding, our daughter and new husband was able to come relax in the hot tub/pool and play golf and ping pong with us- just "veg"! The host is absolutely perfect and willing to make your stay be the very best! The house has everything you can possibly need!

We had 10 people and two infants at this stay. We had such a blast! Plenty of room for everyone, very spacious. We spent 99% of our time in the awesome pool area. Chris was super responsive to any questions we had and gave a good tour with check in. Our room was carpeted so good for our infant but the rest of the area inside was tiled so not crawling friendly which would be fine for an all adult group. The property is in a residential area so usually takes about 20 mins or so to get to Sarasota area. I would come back to this property, everyone thought it was great!

Stay away!!!

This isn’t a whole house to rent, you get part of the back house and owner lives in front part, 2 main bedrooms have no windows, no kitchen, no refrigerator (other than small hotel style) no living or family room. You will stay under the screen where the pool is at all times, because there is nothing else, not to mention that there’s no lock on the screen doors, so absolutely no security and area is very questionable I wouldn’t go for a walk around this place. House is not equipped with any beach accessories other than two heavy chairs. Grill that you see on the picture is not for use, because owner doesn’t want you to use it and will offer smaller grill on the side nor the golf platform. Beds are so soft and uncomfortable that if you sleep with another person you sleep on top of each other. Beaches are far and traffic is heavy, it will take you an hour to get there. The only nice thing about this place was swimming pool, it was clean and warm. Overall I felt scammed and embarrassed bringing my family to this place, we travel few times a year and never been so disappointed, we paid $625 per night, there is so many nice fully equipped house we could get for this price- big mistake.

Backyard Heaven

We basically lived in the pool area for the entire weekend. Everything worked perfectly. Putting and cornhole competitions, sports on the tv by the outside by, golf simulator, hot tub, grilling...it's the best. Exceeded expectations which were very high based on the pics. Nice property, roomy enough for 2-3 families. Everything was well cleaned prior to arrival. The pool area with the golf simulator was a very nice area, great for entertaining. The only downside would be that there is a security camera that faces the pool area, which is where we all gathered at 90% of the time. Not a huge deal, but something to take note of.

Backyard Paradise

This was the best overall VRBO experience that I've had. First, the property is excellent. Full kitchen, living room, plenty of beds for our family of five with several extra to spare, and everything was extremely clean and recently remodeled. The highlight of the property is the backyard, and unlike many rentals it is probably even prettier in person than it is in the pictures. The pool looks new, and has a high end/modern design. We had a blast with the kids in the pool, spa, playing cornhole, putting games, and of course on the golf simulator, which is top of the line and can be configured so that experienced golfers and kids with no experience can have a good time. There's also a nice outdoor seating area, bar, TV, space heater for cooler nights, dining area, drink fridge, lighting, the works. The nicest pool area I've seen in a rental property, hands down. Second, the host, Chris, was fantastic. He met us at check in, gave us a detailed tour of the property (there are a number of switches you use to control the pool, lighting, golf, etc.), explained everything, and was available by text and phone to answer any questions. You can tell he really cares about the property and keeping it in great condition and it shows. Finally, it's a pretty cool location. It's technically at the end of a street, but looks more like a private drive and gives the backyard a secluded feel. Our oldest daughter had a tournament at IMG, which is three turns and a 10-12 minute drive away. Starbucks is 5 minutes away and there's a grocery store even closer. This property is a great home base for anyone training/playing at IMG and looking for a fun way to relax during downtime. I've now rented three different properties in the Bradenton area, including one on AMI, and this was the best, hands down. Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a fun place to stay in the area.
