This rental was perfect for our needs. We were getting together for a family event and this rental provided a nice place to unwind at the end of each day. The communication with the host was exceptional. Sammy responded to any questions we had very quickly. There was plenty of space for family to socialize and at night the rooms provided a quiet respite for each couple. Kitchen was supplied with most anything needed. We did not use the pool or hot tub but did enjoy an evening or two around the fire pit. The location of the property was not too far from the main road and neighborhood was very quiet. We would recommed this rental to others looking to stay in the Bradenton / Sarasota area .

We were in the area for a tournament at IMG and traveled with several players and parents. The house was perfect for our needs and delivered exactly as advertised. The kitchen was well organized and contained everything we needed. It was also labeled making it easy to find whatever we needed. Spacious seating was great for dinner and board games in the evening. The kids (and maybe the parents too) loved the video games can you really beat PAC-Man and Pinball!The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were large and clean with good water pressure in the showers. The laundry was a must have with four kids playing games each day. The backyard is as advertised - warm pool, hot tub, games, seating, pool toys, etc. it hit the spot to lounge around the pool after an active day on the ballfields at IMG. Lastly, the location was perfect for our needs. IMG is walkable (or a very short drive), grocery and restaurants are less than 5 mins and a straight shot to the beach at Anna Marie Island. We really loved our stay and would recommend to anyone.
