Nice and quiet

House was clean, quiet neighborhood and really enjoyed the pool! Quick drive to restaurants and beaches!

The best rental that I have stayed in!

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The furniture is of high quality and the house is decorated very nicely. The pool was clean and well maintained. I would definitely rent this property again.

Peaceful Retreat

So clean and relaxing. Could find everything we needed. Love the sparkling clean pool and paying extra for heated pool was so worth it. Will be back again!!

Awesome place!

Loved everything about Jerry’s Gem. The retro bathrooms were delightful. Pool was clean and warm. Enjoyed spending time outside in the enclosed pool area.

Not a good experience

Wasn't happy with the stay. Arrived to the home after driving all day and couldn't get in. The batteries were dead in the electronic lock, a maintenance guy had to come out and pry a back door open to get into the home. Pool pump wouldn't work, so no circulation or filtration on the pool. Hot water tank went out after one day of stay. Washer was broken and wouldn't work. The entire breaker box needed replaced, so the management company asked us to move homes. I appreciate them trying to make it right, but everything was a huge inconvenience during a baseball tournament/vacation.

there is one nuance,you need to replace the cooking utensils, they are already very old! We really liked it, we hope to return there again!
