Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family with three young kids really enjoyed this rental location and amenities (heated pool,splash pad, and playground). It was quiet and family-oriented. The lanai with a dining table and outdoor couch was great bonus. It was as close as possible to AMI without being on the island and in the traffic and chaos. It was also within 30 minute drive of most other local attractions.

Great condo!

Condo was as described, comfy beds, beautiful decor and plenty of space. The kitchen had plenty to offer with ample space for everything. Easy in with key fob, short drive to the beach, which even offered some shade. We loved everything about this spot except for the mosquitoes. They were horrendous, we were literally being chased down by them. This is not anyones fault, except for the design team that came up with the ‘waterfront’ view of water that doesn’t move. Be prepared!!

This is our 5th year in this wonderful community; our 3rd in this great condo. A wonderful surprise greeted us this year in the beautifully updated lanai. Loved the new floor and new dining set! We enjoy our morning walks around the lake, bike rides to Robinson Preserve and many fantastic restaurants on nearby Anna Maria Island. Two standouts on this trip were The Doctor’s Office and Salt Bar & Table. We are grateful to the owners of this fantastic condo for sharing it & to Florida Dreams Realty of AMI for taking such good care of us.

There are issues with check in and the app that is required. The map in the app was for the wrong location. There was no emergency # to reach anyone when we checked in after hours. With the help of some other guests we got in and made it all work from there. But very frustrating.

Another Day in Paradise

It is comfy, cozy, well appointed and nicely located. The Harbor Island community is wonderful! If the bridge to AMI is busy, simply head in the opposite direction toward Bradenton’s River Walk area where you’ll find many lovely restaurant choices. As Freedom Boat Club members the condo’s location to the Pier 77 Marina can’t be beat! :). Florida Dreams Realty of AMI (management Co) is always a pleasure to deal with. Kevin was Uber responsive in assisting this 60+ year old couple navigate a 3-remote (yikes! Hahaha) TV system. We simply love “our” Florida Vacation Home ;)

Winter weather break

Nice modern property. We have stayed in this condo complex three other times. Close to the beach and shopping. Nice three bedroom, three bath. Easy to check in and out. Quick response from the management company when we had one small issue. Overall, the best of our four stays in this complex.

Just what we needed!

Comfortable beds, cute decor, and very clean! Had the essentials needed. Close to everything we wanted to do. We’d love to come back next year! The screened in porch was peaceful. Ideal set up for families; plenty of space for five people. Had difficulty checking in and had to contact someone because the gate code couldn’t be entered. After calling, we were able to get an ID scanned to enter the property. Other than that, there were no issues. We felt safe walking our dog around at night too.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice. The rental company was exceptional. We had a couple small glitches but Marcus and Misty were all over them. Fixed in minutes. We were rather surprised to find the storage unit off limits and also the Master Bedroom Closet. For the price of renting for a month we had to live out of our suitcase. The condo was very clean but the carpet in the bedrooms needed cleaning. Last but least we bought some bowls for salad and left them. We enjoyed our stay and would do it again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I really liked this location on Perico Island. I am a walker and I rent bikes, so Robinson Preserve was perfect for me to explore nature. I walked over the drawbridge to Holmes beach, or road bikes toward Bradenton Beach/Bridge street for drinks and dining. The rental itself was spacious, clean and a great choice for someone with a small dog. The two extra bedrooms were on the other side of the condo from the master, so great for a family. The views out the windows were gorgeous and the condo was sunlit all day. We often went to the hotel next door for drinks and food. The neighborhood was very safe and secure. The only downside was that the pool closed very early...the earliest of anywhere I have ever stayed. And I wish I could have accessed the gym.

Great rental in a great location. Was disappointed that for almost a week stay that was not granted access to walk the walking trails and use the other pools. Mattress in second bedroom was not very comfortable, with the foam pad.
