“We originally booked a unit on the 4th floor but was informed there was some construction and we were moved to the third floor. That ended up being a blessing with the elevators not being functional. I was concerned about the lack of parking considering I was traveling with 2 kids and 2 dogs, and needing to unload/load everything (plus then haul up 3 flights). The parking garage is right around the corner and only 8/day so that worked out well. We had toilet issues initially that ended up being……

“The communication with host was excellent! Condo was clean and well equipped. Some furniture and amenities were not as pictured, but still did the job. Parking was tricky at times, but the host was quick to assist. Overall our stay was pleasant. ”

“We didn’t plan to use the pool but I think it was closed some during our stay. King suite was fine except bed and pillows tooo soft for me and bedroom TV remote didn’t work well (maybe needs new batteries) - sofa in living area a little worn and uncomfortable for sitting too long. Not as close to downtown as we had hoped for walking but their free gated parking lot is great.”

“The brownstone apartment is quite charming and has been renovated, thing are slightly worn and peeling paint in the bathroom. The apartment was well stocked and the location is ideal for active people. The decor is very stylish and set up to entertain. I read the reviews about the bathtub and thought it had probably been repaired or stabilized. No, it was a nightmare for 64,69 yr old to balance in the tub to shower. It rocks side to side.”

“I will start with the pros: The hotel is in a very good location. It's within walking distance to dining, shopping, and the aquarium. The room has been fabulously renovated and decorated. We also did not see or hear any other residents.Now the con: When we arrived the room, the first thing we noticed was a very loud sound. Upon investigation, it was the air conditioning unit, which is housed in a closet next to the bed. As it is the height of the summer, and the unit was not yet at a comfortable……
