「Property was good for the price we paid and perfect for our needs. One thing needed… Floors were sticky. It may just be the cleaner they used. Also hot tub was cold water. We didn’t use it I til our last night so there was no need to ask for help with it. But I’m sure if we let them know it would have been fixed promptly. Communication was easy and great.」

「This place is perfect for large groups. The 3 bathrooms were the biggest selling point for us (9 women!!). Place was very clean, bit of a mildew smell, comes with older buildings. Everything was spacious and very clean. Walking distance to Broadway. Closet space was minimal so we kept our stuff in our suitcases. Kitchen had everything we needed, and living room was big enough for us all to hang out. Homeless slept outside (saw them coming home each night) but they were gone by morning, we...

「We were sent an email our original booking for the Rosedale had a water leak so our property location changed. It was really nice to have the quick change of location taken care of with no hiccups. Also, when we arrived at the new location, our code for the front door wasn’t working. We made a call and that also was resolved quickly. I ABSOLUTELY would recommend this company again and use again. Thank you for making our stay easy.」

「The building is dated but the unit itself has some fairly recent updates. Good size for 2 people. Anything more than that and you’d be on top of each other. Could use some facial tissue and sugar for the coffee. The outdoor pool was under repair and unavailable for use during our stay. Being on the 1st level and right above the outdoor pool, you could hear the construction work in the unit. I’m sure once the work is done, the balcony would be a nice place to sit out and enjoy a cup of...

「I loved the fact that although it was walking distance from town, it was not on the main street, so getting in and out was no problem. We were also very happy with the homey atmosphere. As to dislike, there was really only one thing, and that was because I wasn't aware that they didn't supply toiletries, so we had to make a quick trip to the drug store for shampoo and soap for the shower. 」
