「Everything was good with the place . We even saw 7 bears which was neat . My wife was in the passages seat and one came up to he windows and said hi and then left . I was very neet .I would recommend, is property to anything?Who is looking to travel that way.」

「We really enjoyed our three night stay at the cozy bear condo on top of the mountain in the Gatlinburg area. The condo was lovely, clean, quiet and stocked with all the kitchen appliances towels, bedding, toiletries, games everything you could need to enjoy a quiet, peaceful mountain getaway. 「The condo could not have been any nicer. It was very clean, pleasant, quiet and comfortable. My favorite part was the balcony with view on the mountains. We ate all our meals there. Be ready to climb a good number of stairs to access the condo! If you want to walk to town, count on about a 20 minute walk. Also make sure you have your unit number and the access code before arrival. We found ourselves nervously trying to reach the host to get this information on arrival.」

「The condo was in a great location, beautiful views of the mountains. We saw black bears everyday, which was a highlight of staying there. Nicely located in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so either town has lots to do, or you can easily explore the National Park. Host was very quick and thorough with instructions. Great Stay!」

「This location was absolutely perfect. We could walk right to town for activities, eating, and shopping. The place was clean and a great size for two adults and two children. My only complaint was the listing stated there was a washer and dryer but did not specify it was not in the unit and was in a community space and required quarters. It def makes a difference in your trip if you have to take two hours to wash clothes in a common area vs at the end of the day in your own space. Just something...

「Great experience and loved our stay! The highlight of this condo in my opinion is the location and convenience to downtown as well as the Smoky Mountains Park which we spent a lot of time in. Not having to worry about parking, and being able to just walk out was great (right by the Village section which had some nice little shops like the Donut Frier).
