「The view is spectacular from almost all areas of the house. Beach and park access are just yards away. House could use some updating inside and out. Be prepared for many stairs outside up to front door and also bedrooms are all upstairs. Comfortable beds. Clean linens and towels. Great communication with Melinda. Great value for a family. 「We loved our time at this house. The house was spacious and comfortable for my family and grandmother. The hot tub was a plus as well as the BBQ. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved being able to play cards on the large dining table. The sitting area was perfect, everyone was comfy and no one was left out. The location was perfect for us. An easy drive into town, and the park was accessible at the end of the street on foot. We have family in Cambria and will definitely book this house...

「The house is in a moderately upscale neighborhood on a quiet cul-de-sac. It's close to a pleasant walking path and a short car ride from shopping (Albertsons, Walmart, Kohls). The home has a comfortable layout with a large kitchen. The heater is noisy for those in the upstairs bedroom otherwise the sleeping arrangements are fine. The lower dishwasher rack was broken, otherwise the kitchen was easy to use and well stocked. We would stay there again.」
