“Location was great. Room was small but nice for a solo traveler staying for a couple of nights. The property/room was very clean and the seamless check in (receiving door codes via email) was fantastic. I had a garden view room which was perfect as I didn't have any street noise... save for some emergency vehicles. If your room overlooks Mass Ave you will have plenty of city noise. “I had asked to see photos of the property after I reserved it since there were no pictures of Suite 11 available, but unfortunately I never received them. The photos that were on the website also didn’t seem to accurately reflect the room. The suite was incredibly small, which ultimately wasn’t a huge issue, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time.
We were also initially given the wrong code to access our room, though this was resolved quickly with a phone call.
