The location is excellent, and the self-service entry process is relatively easy. The room is tidy but basic, and the bathroom tiny. My biggest issues were the layout (the head of the bed is not against a wall) and the draft/noise (the air con is a window unit, with lots of open gaps around it). Maybe the AC unit gets pulled during winter, but the street noise and draftiness made for a less than restful sleep (though a pack of earplugs were included).

It was a brownstone on Newbury St in Boston! How fun is that? Place was an olf building but totally revoenovated and updated! Not for short people though, had a hard time reaching the cabinets for dishes. I would Definitely stay again@!

My partner and I enjoyed our stay at Maverick Suites on Newbury. The room was clean, easy to access, and felt safe. It also has a full kitchen with an oven, stove, microwave, and all other needs if you want to prepare your own meals at any point. We were on the first floor, so we heard a lot of noise from the street. For us, it wasn’t disruptive, and we were provided with earplugs just in case. The street is bustling, so the noise was to be expected. My only complaint was the low water pressure and temperature of the shower - unfortunately the water never got warm enough. All things considered, I would absolutely stay here again!
