“Me and my two kids, 15 year old daughter and 5 year old son, had an absolute BLAST! The staff was amazing, the water park and arcade were perfect! There is a snack bar in the waterpark”

“Staff was very attentive to our needs. We had an issue with the room and was immediately given another room and he apologized for the inconvenience and offered to help us move our luggage. Only issue that was a real problem was the noise created when adjoining room to our room 118 was when they ran the water in the morning. So loud it woke us up. The breakfast at 8am was very picked over and some items were depleted. The staff member offered to make more of the depleted items. When……

“The pool isn’t a real thing… like it’s there but who knows the last it worked… the first room we were put in had bed bugs which I didn’t find until 2am getting eaten alive. Went to tell the guy and got switched rooms. That room also had bed bugs so I finally gave up and drove back out of town to at-least get a couple hours of sleep before being a bridesmaid in my sisters wedding. Which the made me so busy I couldn’t even contact them to attempt to not pay for the entire weekend.. but there is a……
