Great accommodation to stay when in Bramberg! We stayed for a short ski trip with 2 adults and two kids (7 and 5 years old). The accommodation is nicely decorated, clean and well equipped, we especially liked the automatic coffee machine! There’s enough room for 4. Upstairs a big bedroom with a double bed and optional 1 person sofa /bed and downstairs a smaller room with a converted sofabed for two. The Bathroom is adjacent to the downstairs room, access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. Storage space is good and all necessities of a kitchen are there, great! The location is beautiful overlooking the valley on a dead-end road with some nice walking path to a small waterfall, there's parking space next to the house. Check-in was easy by phoning the owners and the key was in a locker. The Ski gondola is about 1KM away, so either quite a walk or a short drive, we drove to the gondola and parked closed to it on the free parking area

Het huis ligt prachtig. Mooi uitzicht over het dal en de Hohe Tauern aan de overkant van het dal. Het huis is luxe ingericht en afgewerkt. Goede, volledig ingerichte keuken, fijne eethoek, goede bedden in de slaapkamer boven en voldoende kastruimte. Het huis heeft een tuin met grasveld, het terras heeft een overkapping, een lager gelegen tuintje met grasveld en 2 balkons. Dus perfect om zowel bij mooi weer als regen fijn buiten te zitten. Goed tuinmeubilair. Er is boven het huis ruimte om te parkeren, maar met een grote auto wel heel krap om de benodigde draai te maken. Het huis ligt dichtbij het centrum van Bramberg, de hoofdweg en de kabelbaan. Uitstekende uitvalsplek voor wandelingen en dergelijke. Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad. Maar het huis heeft een aantal nadelen. De woonkeuken heeft een laag plafond en er zijn een aantal traptreden van de woonkamer naar de gang, naar het toilet en naar de slaapkamer. Je moet goed opletten en lange mensen moeten bukken. De paar traptreden naar de slaapkamer zijn lastig als je 's nachts beneden naar het toilet wil. De douche is fijn, maar tijdens ons verblijf was er een probleem met de waterdruk. Het huis heeft een eigen waterreservoir van 1500 liter, dat automatisch bijgevuld zou moeten worden door de beek. Er was iets mis, waardoor dat niet gebeurde. De eigenaar is zelf komen kijken en heeft de brandweer ingeschakeld om het reservoir bij te vullen, maar dat loste het probleem niet op. Er is nog 2x een loodgieter geweest. De waterdruk werd wel beter, maar niet zoals het in de eerste week was. Op mooie zomerdagen wordt de slaapkamer boven warm. Er is geen airco. De woonkeuken blijft prima op temperatuur. Voor koude winterdagen is er in de keuken een kachel.

Dit is een unieke locatie voor degenen die rust zoeken. Prachtig gelegen op een berg met magnifiek uitzicht. Het huisje is schitterend ingericht,alles vrijwel geheel nieuw. Auto kun je naast het huisje kwijt. Ik was er met de motor,die kun je boven of onder aan het pad zetten. Pracht omgeving om te toeren. Supermarkt op ongeveer 1 kilometer. Aanrader voor rustzoekers.

Nettes kleines Haus mit Gärtchen

Ferienhaus und Gärtchen waren in einem gepflegtem Zustand. Am Navi am Besten "Leiten 55" eingeben und den kleinen Weg weiter nach hinten fahren, weil Google etc. Leiten 28 nicht gekannt haben.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dem sehr gepflegtem Häuschen. Einziges Manko war die Mückenplage. Fliegengitter wären von Vorteil gewesen. Ansonsten ist der Ausblick vom Balkon wunderbar und es gibt in der direkten Umgebung viel zu erleben. Sehr weiterzuempfehlen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr komfortabel und für vier Personen ideal geeignet, Es wäre hilfreich gewesen, mehr Möglichkeiten zum Trocknen der Skiausrüstung zu haben, besonders in der Nähe des Skigebiets Bramberg, da wir bei vier Personen einige nasse Sachen hatten, Mit dem Ofen und ein paar Stühlen konnten wir uns jedoch anders behelfen, Insgesamt hatten wir eine wunderbare Woche in der Wohnung, Besonders die Lage und die gemütliche Einrichtung waren ein großer Vorteil
