「This location had garbage at the back door. The back entry didn't lock, so there was no reason to use a key to get in. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond, so kind. The room was clean, but not updated, and very musty. The hall ceiling tiles were possibly spray painted. The breakfast was nice. We were itching from the humidity and musty air in our room.」

「Very new hotel, furnishings in room were tasteful and lovely. Aveda amenities in the bathroom is a first for this frequent traveler. Room was very spacious, large bathroom counter , sofa and bench for suitcases. Would definitely stay here again.」

「Waterpark closed for 2 months and wasn’t aware from Expedia. Rooms dated, heater did not work in room.」

「No elevator. Floor was dirty. My niece”s feet were black on the bottoms after walking on the floor for maybe an hour and a half. Wouldn’t repeat visit.」

「Room was dirty. Questionable dark brown stuff on curtains. Air conditioner makes terrible noise. Shower fixtures are supposed to be silver...some are black. Room smelled terrible. Worst hotel stay EVER. Breakfast was minimal. Cold sausage and water eggs. Pool has been closed for approximately 2 years according to desk staff. Manager was supposed to call me. I have yet to hear from them. I could go on. Find somewhere else to stay. Expedia was no help, either.」

「The staff were fine. Did not interact with them other than to check in and check out. Room was absolutely disgusting! I had to clean the shower before we could use it and I still wore my flip flops. I would not let my family take their shoes off at all and walk on the carpet. The bathrooms have not been properly cleaned in I’m not sure how long! The walls need to be scrubbed! It looks like people have rubbed things on them and the cleaners have completely ignored the spots. The bathroom...
