Perhaps some additional training for those two as the only answers or resolutions offered were to wait and talk to their manager the next morning. “This seems to be an older property but is still in good shape. No issues with cleanliness and no bugs of any kind seen (and I’m that traveler that always checks the mattresses first thing). Yes the carpet may be faded and stained in spots, but that is likely an indication of heavy use over time by multiple guests. The cobbler and ice cream at night were a nice surprise! Breakfast was good with a variety of foods both hot and cold. Coffee, tea, and hot chocolate were available all the time. ……
