The view was great, river flowing right in the back and can see it from the living room, deck and master bedroom. Safe neighborhood me and kids had fun at playground and walk to river. Would definitely stay again.

We love this condo!

We’ve stayed in this condo 4-5 times over the last few years. Love the gated community and the view of the water is so peaceful. Yes, it’s a little loud when there are people in the condo above it, but nothing that kept us up at night.

Mother's 85th birthday celebration

This property was perfect! Just a short drive (10 min) from Sight and Sound Theater. Beautiful leather recliners. The screened in porch had an amazing view of Lake Taneycomo and it is a few steps to the lake. The walk-in shower perfect for my 85 yr old mother! We loved it.

Friends getaway

I am in a wheelchair from ankle fusion surgery and this condo worked for me. I would have liked to have handicap parking and a ramp to get the wheelchair on the sidewalk. But, I knew there wasn’t one when I booked. The screened in porch was a plus. The grab bars in the bathroom were lifesavers. It is very hard to find a place where someone that is handicap to be safe and I appreciated the grab bars. All in all this condo was awesome!

Thanksgiving with friends noisy group upstairs

Overall the actual property we were in was as advertised and great. The downside was the 2 five year olds upstairs that were constantly running around and we could hear every loud footstep. The manager for our Condo reached out to the other to try and solve the issue, but it wasn’t resolved. This part of the experience really was the only detractor for the entire stay. The location was great, the view was fantastic.

Bext place ever

The place was excellent. Everything you needed was there and well-labeled. The view was great. One small thing that could be improved. The dishwasher soap pods were terrible to use as they were sealed in cellophane, and it was difficult to remove before use. I have never seen pods like that. The shower and level entrance were very good for those with mobility issues. For the last two years, we have stayed in the Glacier, MT area and Estes Park, CO. This place beats both of them!

Absolutely the best communication between property owner I've ever had. There was a couple of things that we needed and one that we asked about and both of the items she provided and extremely quickly. Both of the items especially one of them she went and bought brand new for us to have while we were there. Not only that but her mother Teri went above and beyond and bought a birthday cake and flowers for our 6 year old grand daughter who had just had her birthday. That was totally unexpected and waiting for us when we got back to the condo after being out swimming all day. She truly made our grand-daughters day with them and didn't have to do that.. The property was extremely nice and we had a really good time. I'd go back anytime and recommend it to anyone thinking of going to Branson.

While the house was EXTREMELY clean and was a great location, there was some serious issues. The sound coming from the upstairs property was horrible. Even just them walking around sounded like they were a group of elephants. I’ve lived in numerous downstairs apartments an d NEVER had noise issues like this. Anytime the upstairs bathroom or guest bath in this unit were used, there was terrible knocking in the walls keeping you awake. The kitchen utensils seemed like they were from an estate sale of a person who got them from a dollar store and had them for 25 years. They were flimsy and the plastic coating was coming off, into our food. Most rental units provide sample shampoo, conditioners and lotions. This unit just provided a tiny 10 cent bar of soap for washing hands. It would’ve been nice if it was added as something that wasn’t provided bc we brought nothing. The unit itself is beautiful and again, a wonderful location, with a beautiful balcony view. But I would never recommend this unit due to the issues listed above.

Thoroughly enjoyed the water stream behind the condo. The backyard view was great. It was on the first floor so no stairs to climb but on occasion would her guests on second floor. Much closer to Branson than stays we have had with condos at Table Rock Lake. Seemed like most things were 15 minutes away. There is a nice walking trail that goes along the stream. The hosts were responsive to inquiries. Had a great stay.
