DO NOT BOOK - FRAUD

Do not book this property!! We made our reservations for 4 nights in August 2023 for our family Thanksgiving Vacation and to celebrate my youngest's 6th birthday. We were informed 2 weeks before our stay that we could only stay for 2 nights and scrambled to find another room on short notice even though they kept saying they would try to secure the remaining 2 nights for us. Then the week of we received a text message saying we were confirmed for all 4 nights so we cancelled our 2nd hotel. But WRONG, when we checked in we were told we only had 2 nights. We scrambled again to find a room and it was a disaster. We drove 9 hours from Texas and planned our whole trip and this was awful. The host even tells you to not let the resort know you booked via VRBO and tell them you're friends with the owners- Joel & Stephanie. So they're doing everything wrong and should be ashamed. Don't let them ruin your trip like they did ours. The resort itself is in a great location and clean but dated.

Property was amazing! Loved the pool area, so many activities to do, villa was incredible. Location was perfect, close to all the action, but not in the middle of the chaos.

Willow Ridge Branson

Property was great. The VRBO listing did not state that we had to pack up and change rooms middle of stay. We lost most of the day doing new check in for new room mid week and moving rooms. We had a handicap family and this very difficult and added stress to our week.
