I made my reservation 9 months ago thinking that I had reserved a room for the night. Found out that they rent by the month not by the night. We were so disgusted we said to heck with it and started the long drive home 2 days early. Neither one of us desire to return to Branson, it was that negative of an experience.
We arrived at this motel only to be told that the motel had gone into foreclosure and our reservations had been cancelled. Luckily we did manage to find another room but after a 5 hour drive this is not what I wanted to hear. Why were we not notified by Expedia. We opted not to prepay but those that did lost their money. Very disappointed in the whole situation
The place is closed! It's been closed for two weeks. The owner is in foreclosure. Thankfully I hadn't paid yet. A very nice guy who was cleaning the place out told me. I called hotels.com to make sure they didn't charge me.
Hotel has been foreclosed on and wasn't notified until when we arrived. They actually had a gas can out front and ripping it up inside.

Feel in lobby due to unseeable humps in carpet
The people that work there were very swt. Although they were working on the hotel it felt like works cared more about it then the owners. Wont stay there again and if disabled please please avoid as much as you possiby can.
The check in area was a trash dump. The first night I had to ask for batteries for the remote. There was a hole rusted out in the sink. I moved the nightstand over to plug in my charger, it looked like stuff had never been cleaned underneath it. We had one channel on the TV the first night. No breakfast or coffee. At check out there was no one there, I called two people, one of which wouldn't even answer the phone. My view outside the window was a huge dumster that was full and had trash piled around it. The people setting up the rooms looked like two homeless people, that was a little scary.
This hotel would have had a lower rating but the service was good. Staff was happy and tried their best to get what u needed. The rooms were not at all as described, or even what u see in the pics. They do have the pull out couches. Now for the price I also can’t complain. Carpets were dirty, my fridge had food from a previous guest. House keeping did not clean my room or give me fresh towels.
Very unprofessional. Behind the front desk was filthy, stuff all over the floor. They had food all over the front check-in counter and were eating dinner there. Bathroom was dirty. Kinda awful.
I didn’t read the reviews before I took my family there. Staff seriously weird, obnoxious and loud. It was loud all night. If you like smoking and sketchy people smoking, this place would be perfect for you. I don’t think they were guests, I think it was just people hanging around smoking. The whole place reeked. Hair in the bathtub, big clumps of it coming up the drain as it took 40 minutes for the water to go down. Chunks of the ceiling had fallen down and as I walked in the hallway I repeatedly found holes in the floor under the carpet. So dirty. I’m sure if I looked around I’d find a dead body. We were to stay multiple nights but I got my family out of there.
The internet was good though. I guess if you like to stream Netflix while you cook meth you would like it here.
The hotel was NOTHING as pictured online. Very outdated and unkept inside. There were no towels available. There was an old nasty cigarette sitting on the top of our shower. No hot water. The water from our extra sink in the room just ran into the floor when draining. The carpet was wet throughout our room. The pullout smelled of urine and couldn’t be used, so 3 slept in one of the queen beds. Overall. I was very disappointed.
The clerks were very friendly and helpful, I was surprised at the condition of the entrance lobby, needed a good cleaning, organizing piles of (junk)miscellaneous items, and vacuuming.
No breakfast was served as mentioned in the reservation, confirmation never mentioned. Room had no bar of soap to wash hands or even a trash can. Room was clean and bedding was clean, but outdated. Room smelled like bleach, which did not bother me, but some may have respiratory symptoms from the strong smell. With Covid still going on, I felt somewhat better to know they were sanitizing with something that kills germs.
Did not have any bad musty mildew odors and no pest were seen. Room was cool and ac worked well.
The exterior appeared clean,
It was low to moderate priced from what we have paid before, however I expected there to be atleast a trash can, bar of soap and them to atleast let us know before we checked in there were no breakfast, so we could have made prior arrangements. Then the entrance lobby to be tidy and clean.
I suppose you get what you pay for!
Cleanliness, security, noisy . where not what i spected from a hotel. That was advertised on a popular booking site. Had to check out after 1 night
Out of 3 nights.
This place was horrible! The staff was not very professional at all, they were in the halls talking very loudly throughout the night. The room was somewhat clean. Breakfast was not put out when it was supposed to be. We left a night early because when we came back to the room after a long day out, room had not been cleaned, beds were not made, and no clean towels.
Would not stay again. Room was nothing like what was pictured. Water did not get very hot. Staff wasn’t very professional. The front desk was a mess with food and things all over the place.
Bed bugs no hot water I will never stay here again
The staff was great! But the next day we realized we had zero hot water the entire hotel did not have the owner refuse to answer phone calls according to the staff. Then after this and requesting a refund so we could find a different hotel which is not easy on a holiday weekend in branson the denied it at first until we found bed bugs in our room at which point I lost it and threw a huge fit the manager was more than willing to give me a refund at that point.
There was bed bugs, no hot water, if you sat or layed on the edge of the bed you would fall off due to broke down mattress, and mold on the ceiling .
The desk staff were friendly and fast.

The only good thing about our stay was Stacey the front desk clerk and her sister Leah who were wonderful and very helpful. The rest of the stay was terrible. The first room we were in had a toilet that didn't work correctly. So they accommodated us with another room. There was no hot water the whole time. We kept being told we're working on it. There was a roach that I found on the wall in my room. The internet took a very long time to connect. Definitely would not recommend.

No hot water
I chose this property because they offered a room with a King size bed AND jetted tub. First night there were bugs crawling out of the sink. We were given another room the next day. No bugs were found, however there was no hot water. My wife and I spent all 4 nights without hot water for the jetted tub. I payed a premium price for a hot jetted tub. Only lukewarm water was available the entire time. And Yes we told the front desk about the problem.
The property was horrible! The place was disgusting! There were missing ceiling tiles where water leaks caused them to come crashing down! We have photos of this! The room was filthy! One of the beds was laying on a wooden block and fell to the floor when sat on. There was water leaking from the ceiling in different places. Dust all over everything. Our son had an asthma attack. I had To wake your front desk lady up to get bedding as there was none on the bed. She and her pit bull dog were locked out of her room she shut the door with her keys inside. This was by far the worst place I have Ever been! Would never recommend to anyone! We did not stay the night we were forced to leave due to our sons asthma attack no doubt due to the dust, mold, and water leaks! Oh and you had no hot water with several guests complaining of the same issue! This place should be condemned!
