The Space:
Great for groups, this is a combination of 2 units, side-by-side. Both living rooms have sofa seating, love seats, a TV, and balcony access. They also both have dining room tables
Each kitchen comes equipped with appliances to make you feel right at home, and a laundry room.
There are 6 bedrooms in total, to accommodate 16 guests-
Unit #3:
Bedroom #1: King bed, Smart TV, and private en-suite. The en-suite features a shower/tub combo
Bedroom #2: Queen/Full bunk bed
Bedroom #3: King bed, and Smart TV
There is an additional full shared bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo and is stocked to serve guests
Unit #4:
Sofa sleeper in living room

THINGS TO NOTE:
- (First unit) Walk-up, 2nd floor, 17 steps required. (Second unit) Walk-up, 2nd floor with 17 steps. (Both No elevator)
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- Washer and dryer are available for guest use in both units.
- This home is not pet friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.
- 2 parking spaces are available in the parking lot for each unit (4 in total).
- A Ring doorbell is located on the unit, which captures both stairwells of each unit entryway for security purposes. The camera is actively recording.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, Hot Tubs, or any other facilities in the resort are operated and maintained by the HOA. Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that any are closed for any reason
- The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

Rockwall Duo is situated in the heart of Branson, 10-minutes from the famous Branson Strip with music venues, restaurants, shopping, and activities that the entire family can enjoy! Silver Dollar City, is an 8 minute drive, and less than 4 ½ miles away. Historic Downtown Branson is 7.5 miles away and is a commonplace to stumble upon live music, a festival, or other noteworthy events. Table Rock and Taneycomo Lakes both offer water sports, fishing, and outdoor activities. The list of “things to do” is truly endless!
