Great for large group getaways!

We celebrated New Year's Eve with a large company of friends, and couldn't think of a nicer place. Everything was excellent. We enjoyed hiking, indoor pool, the movie theater and games in the house.

Wonderful Time!

We brought a class of 36 students to Branson after making a quick change from our planned trip to Orlando. We were impressed with the house and sleeping accommodations for our group. It was such a convenient location for all the activities planned. Everyone in Branson were so nice and wonderful to work with. We look forward to visiting again.

Awesome house with lots to do!

This was the perfect location for a large group consisting of multiple families. We were able to easily accommodate 36 parents, teens, and kids who were able to keep themselves entertained between the video games, TV, pool table, ping-pong, air hockey, and more. There is even enough space for quieter relaxation on the porches and in the bedrooms as there seems to be good sound insulation too.

Wow Factor for Family Reunion

This house was the perfect house for our family reunion. The kids all always had something to do. Plenty of fridge room and all the cooking items we needed including a griddle and pressure cookers. We will definitely come back.

Making Memories

Our family of 39 (23 grandchildren) were ably accommodated. Bunk bed rooms gave great places for cousins to connect along with the two game rooms and two decks of activities. We enjoyed conversations in the top deck overlooking the lake. Kitchens were well stocked and made it easy to prepare meals and clean up. The indoor pool gave another activity for the grandchildren as we were there in late fall.

Perfect Place for a Large Group!

We had a great time at the WOW Factor. There was a great view of the lake, lots to do, and sleeping arrangements were very nice and we all slept great. We were a high school choir, and the amount of things to do during free time was great. We even walked down the hill to the lakeside. It was beautiful. I highly recommend this cabin.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our size of family. The only problems we had was that the floor was dirty, Wi-Fi was not working, they sent someone out and said it was fixed, but it was not, and enter code was not correct and we had to call to get in house.

4 story above table rock lake

We could not have been more impressed with the house. It was for stories of fun for a large group of people. Every room was the master bedroom and had its own bathroom. The bottom two floors were dedicated to entertainment and we’re awesome. Each floor had a deck overlooking table rock lake. The communication with the landlords could not have been better. Everyone was super helpful and everything was as promised in the house. We will plan on going back there again when the opportunity allows. Phil

We were a group of thirteen women attending a training at Chateau on the Lake. The WOW Factor was an unforgettable experience for our group and the location was so convenient to and from the Chateau. The property offered breathtaking views that left us in awe at every turn. The accommodations were nothing short of exceptional. Cozy bedrooms adorned with good furnishings to spacious common areas perfect for bonding and relaxation, every aspect of the property exceeded our expectations. The highlight of our retreat was undoubtedly the stunning views surrounding the property. Whether we were enjoying a dinner on the porch or having coffee in the porch hammocks, the natural beauty of the landscape served as the perfect backdrop for our getaway. Overall, our time at the Wow Factor was a true delight. With its proximity to the Chateau, stunning views, and great accommodations, it provided the ideal setting for our retreat, leaving us with memories to cherish for a lifetime. We can't wait to return!

The house was as advertised and more! The rooms were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with just about every pot, pan or utensil that you would want. The location was close to everything, but not in the mid so it was nicely quiet.

Absolutely Perfect!

This rental was perfect for our family! We had a variety of age groups and having multiple levels was a game changer. Baby could be napping while children were enjoying the theater room. The kitchen was well stocked and had almost everything we needed for big family meals.

Amazing faculty and location

We were blown away at the quality of the interior decor, rooms, appointments, appliances, etc. we were a big group of 48 people and there was plenty of room for us with multiple decks and rooms and floors. We didn’t expect it to be so well stocked but it had everything we needed and more. So much to do - from the kids to teens to adults. It was just the quality we were hoping for to help represent us to a group of invite only potential recruits. It was perfect and we had so many compliments about thr beauty, quality, room, and the view!
