We are members of the Chamber of Commerce and have been renting cabins in Branson since 2003. We know how to write an amazing description with word pictures describing our beautiful cabin, but we have learned that our potential guest just want to know what they are getting so here it is:

LOCATION: This log cabin is about 1 mile from Silver Dollar City. When others are waiting in "stand still" traffic for up to 2 hours just to get to SCD you will be there in 10 minutes or less. If you want to spend your time in Branson you can be in Branson is less than 10 minutes and all the way across town to the Branson Landing in less than 25 minutes. You will not find a better location.

ACCOMMODATIONS: This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath log cabin with a large Jacuzzi tub in each bathroom. We have a king, a queen, a set of bunk beds, a full size bed, and a sleeper sofa.
Note: The 3rd bedroom is converted from part of the deck which has to be entered through the master bedroom. For families this is not a problem but for mixed couples this might not be comfortable.
We furnish all Towels and Sheets, Kitchen is supplied with Crock Pot, Coffee Maker and Filters, Dishes, and Pots and Pans. All of our cabins are very clean, well stocked and furnished with almost everything you will need except food.
You won't need to go to Wal Mart and spend 2 or $300 getting supplies. We furnish Coffee, Coffee filters, coffee creamer, zip lock bags, aluminum foil, salt & pepper, Trash Bags, Paper Towels, Tissues, Toilet Paper, Soap, Laundry Detergent, Wood for the Wood burning fireplace and more. We have wifi, Cable TV, 3 TVs, 3 DVD Players, DVD library, Toys, Games, Washer/Dryer, Dishwasher, and a Large enclosed deck. We also have a nice Charcoal Grill and Patio Furniture.

AMENITIES: We have a 5 Acre Lake you can Fish without a license. The hike to the lake is steep and we do not recommend it if you have any physical problems. We have Nature Trails, Basketball Court, Horseshoes, and Playground. Notch Estates is very family friendly with lots of areas for your kids to play. Bring your Bicycles, Rip Sticks, Skate Boards, and Remote Controlled Cars.
We have 2 pools that are open from Memorial day to Labor Day.

INFORMATION: When you stay with us we will also send a lot of information that will make your stay in Branson even more enjoyable such as a location where you can buy 2 for 1 tickets to most of the shows , and our personal show review. This review is our personal opinion of about 70 shows and attractions we have seen and you will find it very helpful in selecting your entertainment while in Branson. We will also give you directions and recommendations to restaurants and stores close to the cabin.

PRICE: We strive to be very competitive with comparable log cabins. If you compare Location, Accommodations, Amenities, and Price you won't find a better vacation property.

We do not allow parties.
We do not allow pets … even small ones that are house broke and in a kennel
No smoking inside the house, on the deck, or walkway. Smoking is allowed in parking area or streets.
You must be 21 to reserve this home. ID will be required.
