“The drive to the property was very nice. Once we. Checked in it seemed nice until the ants showed up! There was an army of ants which caused me to shorten my trip. I have never never seen that many ants in my life in a house and . I am 58 years. The whorl pool was dirty it wasn’t properly cleaned. It was very gross. ”

“I arrived after 9pm, the staff called me and made arrangements for me to get in after hours, very nice touch! Very handsome lobby, the room was small but exceptionally comfortable and well maintained. Will stay here again!”

“The pool had to much chlorine in it and the smell was burning my eyes by just standing in the pool areas. the bottom of the pool was kind of rough as well. We opened up the doors to air it out and it helped. We had a soaker tub in one of the bathrooms and we couldn’t use it. The plug was missing but I didn’t ask or say anything bc the jets were dirty inside that I wouldn’t have let my kids use it anyways. It would have been nice to enjoy it though. The room overall was okay. The beds were……

“Family and pet friendly ”

“The staff was excellent but the room, not so great. It was 90 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioner quit. I picked up the phone to dial the front desk and the phone didn't work. My husband had to walk to the front desk to talk to somone and they said they could give us a fan if we wanted and they would let maintenance know. Maintenance arried around 11pm and did fix the issue but it took forever to cool the room enough to sleep. They did what they could I guess but the stay/room was……

“No pool use Parking was fine Staff was helpful Missing was the luggage cart at check-in Bathtub had a high step over wall that is very dangerous for elderly people. I did not use it, my wife managed to climb over the rim”

“Great staff great rooms great pool..great vacation spot!!”

“My only two gripes was that the toilet was loose so every time you sat down it slammed back into place and the room had a comically oversized dresser beneath the tv that took up most of the walkway. Otherwise, the rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I was really impressed with the selection of breakfast foods available every morning. Front desk staff was cheery and personable. We will definitely be staying here every time we visit branson.”

“Great place, Great area, friendly staff. You could get to it without going down the busy main street and avoid traffic. Rooms clean and A/C cold. Will stay again.”
