「Great」

「Nice quiet area. Everything was clean. We stayed 2 nights and only had 2 washcloths. There was hair in the shower. That is a big turn off for me. We were put in handicap room, didn’t ask for it. Nice huge room. I would stay here again.」

「Clean and everything you need .. close to restaurants and Silver Dollar City . Would choose it again .」

「The floor would turn my our feet and my babies body black. The bath tubs had still water coming from it. The tubs were also kinda nasty. Other than that it was okay.」

「Toilet paper holder broken and dirty around toilet. Only 3 pillows for large bed, one smaller and flat so both people don’t get two full size pillows. Holes in curtains. Air conditioner noisy. Staff nice, breakfast provided.」

「The two story cottage that was advertised and is what I based the booking on, was not what we were provided. Instead, we were placed in a 4 story apartment like building, on the 4th floor with no elevator, and lugging up all of our items in 94 degree, high humidity heat was unacceptable. This was an absolute bait and switch. I would never book with them again.」

「Hard to be critical of the Bradford House. Accommodations were very clean, very well maintained, and comfortable. (slept VERY well!). Breakfast was absolutely fantastic - a great way to start the day, and you have multiple options - something we've only experienced once or twice at a Bed & Breakfast. We were on the second floor in the "Everly Joy" room.....queen bed....very nice. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the front porch after returning from our day's journeys and...

「Clerk was friendly. Room was very damp feeling. Towels were damp. The room smelled of mildew/mold. There was mold on the ceiling. Bathroom room door would not shut due to stuffing swelled up due to moisture.」

「We checked in on the first day to find out the hotel was half under construction. We were never given this information in advance nor was it advertised in any way on the website or reservation. The workout room was closed which was extremely disappointing and again, we were never told in advance or would have chosen a different hotel. The one elevator that was working was sketchy, at best. None of the machines were working on our floor, there was hair in the shower and when I tried to wash it...

「Basic room, bed, air, breakfast etc. almost dropped a star for the bathroom door that stuck, slits in the back of the curtain, and cracks in whatever the sink is made of.」
