“Clean room, text check in/out process to make it faster”

“Room was cozy and just what we were looking for. Did not try the restaurant this trip. But will definitely stay here again. ”

“This room had it all (jetted tub, dishwasher, washer and dryer, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, detergent, etc.) We do wish more pillows and an extra comforter were included considering the hide-a-bed was also in our room. The hotel was clean, and had things going on like s’mores, movie showings, and a free escape room. It was a peaceful stay in January! ”

“The room was so clear and neat. It was the prefect place for us to say to see the Christmas Lights at Silver Dollar City. We parked at the lodge, walked up the hill to ride the shuttle to the park.”

Overall, very pleasant and comfortable stay. Will definitely return and recommend to family in the future. ”

“Good location. Unpretentious room. What shines most brightly at the Ozarker is the staff. Each person I engaged with — from the manager to barista/bartender to housekeeping — was warm, helpful, and clearly wanted me to have an enjoyable time in their community. People actually use the lobby area for games and conversation. Hospitality and community ties are clearly important to this locally-owned establishment. ”
