“This property is reasonably priced and well located with easy access to Laurier and Waterloo campuses. I had excellent communication with the host prior to our arrival. Unfortunately, the key was not in the lockbox when we arrived. After a call, she sent someone to bring us the key, which we received 15 minutes after check-in time.
