“The help and support that Silvie gave us due to our traffic accident the day before was beyond anything we might have hoped for. From arranging us access to the hotel after hours to contacting Europcar and working with them to find a location to pick up a replacement car to scheduling a taxi for us to get to Bergerac to get the car. Silvie was incredibly supportive as if that we were her only job for that day. We were treated not as clients but as valued guests at your lovely hotel. What……

“I loved everything about my stay, especially the staff. Each and every person was immensely hospitable and genuinely kind. The property is gorgeous and impeccably clean. My room was an actual suite with so much space and charm. It lacked nothing. The decor, the views, the spaciousness; everything was perfect!! “This place was a wonder spot to explore the area. Our hosts were very welcoming. The Chateau is extremely well decorated and restored. The rooms are large and have every luxury. There is a wonderful dog at the property that is very friendly. For those that have an expensive car that they do not want scratched by a happy dog jumping up, best to park before the property and walk in. Let the owners know you have arrived and they will make sure that Skye is in the house until you park.”

“Nous étions dans cet hôtel pour 5 nuits. Dès le premier jour, il faisait froid dans la chambre. J'ai rapidement été à la réception, ne souhaitant pas passer mes soirées sous la couette😏. Heureusement, la personnel présente a bien compris ma demande et dès le lendemain, un chauffage d'appoint a été placé dans la chambre.. Les petits déjeûner sont très bien garnis et toutmle personnel est charmant.”
