「Big room. Clean and very mordern. Friendly staff. Very comfy bed with excellent bedding. Restaurant menu is resonably priced and with good quality. Beats some of the 5 stars hotels I have stayed. Location is good for us because we arrive and leave by train. Hotel is just next to the train station. One thing not so good is the lighting of the hotel in general, too dim and not adequately lit. 」

「We had a wonderful time at Rizzo! Service was great and we got the best view of the mountains! It was just lovely waking up in the morning with that wonderful view. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and extremely helpful 👏 Breakfast is served outside on the terrace and you get a superb view whilst savouring your coffee. 「On arrival the restaurant was closed and upon asking the receptionist o was told there is no restaurant near by . The room was never cleaned and dirty towel was put back on the rail. Room was noisy at tines with main villa door being shut and people coming in and out also dog being left in next door room. The restaurant staff didn’t speak English. I ordered some food and I was offered microwave chicken and raw fish where I ordered a glass of wine , I was only offered a full bottle. Upon asking...
