This beautiful, brand-new 2-bedroom apartment in the Nuppu district offers comfort and excellent accessibility to the city center. The apartment was completed in 2024 and is located in a quiet area with free parking nearby. There is a bus stop, a sports field, an outdoor workout area, life-size chess, and full civic amenities in the vicinity.
In this modern district, everyone can find something for themselves.

Apartment amenities:

Modern and fully equipped kitchen
Smart TV and high-speed internet
Spacious living room and comfortable bedroom
Balcony with a view of a green area
The bedroom has a double bed, and the living room has a sofa bed.
Guests have access to coffee, tea, and cooking ingredients.

The apartment is on the 6th floor with an elevator.

Pets, parties, excessive numbers of guests, and noise between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM are not allowed in the apartment.

Loved our quick stay at this apartment. It was fairly easy to find. Parking was limited but we arrived in the evening so many spots had been taken. It is such a lovely community that felt very safe. Many families were outside playing with their children. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.
