“The front desk at night was so helpful! Our shower washer was broken at night which made bathroom all wet. I ask for help,he help and figure out that we could have the near room to take shower nearby. Thanks to him a lot!”

“The hotel looked great, was well decorated, decent enough breakfast and close to the old town. The spa was a welcome addition! The floor I was on had a sewer like smell in the corridor but the room itself did not luckily. The staff were friendly and I would definitely stay here again if I were to be in town.”

“搭乘1號 tram 由車站抵達附近，隨著 google map 指引，看到建物規模比想像中小了不少，有點擔心，看到飯店的旗幟大小也是小巧可愛。 飯店接待是位專業的女士，雖然不像五星連鎖飯店接待般的笑臉迎人，但她展現的是專業的說明與明快的處置，即使我們提早抵達，仍讓我們盡速入住。 飯店還提供免費的 Mini Bar ，裡面有我思念已久的 Vinea 氣泡飲料，還有好喝的斯洛伐克啤酒。 飯店早餐走的是精緻路線，部分可自行拿取如飲料、糕點與水果等。菜色樣式雖然不多，但我的妻子相當喜歡。 飯店房間小了點，整體空間卻營造出老式的美國奢華，相當舒適。 這個價格帶是我下次再前往的不二選擇，即使我之前住過Bratislava 其他五星連鎖的飯店。 ”

“Walkable distance to old town and bus station. Nice balcony with the view of river Danube where I enjoyed watching the sunset and night view.”

“Clean and comfortable room. Very kind staff. Coffee and bottled water provided in room. Free coffee and water in reception. They left us a bottle of prosecco and two champagne flutes in the room as a happy new year gift-lovely and appreciated gesture. Decent car park, at a reasonable price. The buffet breakfast was excellent. They had sparkling wine and real fresh orange juice so if you wanted you could have a bucks fizz breakfast. The tram stop was just across the road so it was very easy……
