Boston Breakheart Reservation Hotels

"The room was comfortable and clean. However, the pool was temporarily closed. It should have been noted on the main booking page. I chose this hotel for the pool and free breakfast. My second complaint was that on the initial booking, it stated “breakfast included”, but when we arrived, we were told that it’s not part of the hotel price, and that we had to go next door to a different establishment and order from that menu. I know when I booked, it had said “breakfast included. This was not updated until this morning. I planned to eat breakfast there and had to go elsewhere last minute. That was not ok. This trip cost an extra $60 because the pool wasn’t open and we had to make extra accommodations and breakfast was not included, as had been advertised. I’ve stayed at other IHG’s and the breakfast was included. The receptionist was pleasant, however, I felt she took these changes lightly. We were on a sports schedule and couldn’t have a proper meal and she just laughed and pointed next door. It was a similar reaction to the pool being closed. It needs to be changed on the website or a email goes out. I would’ve chosen a different hotel, had I known the pool was drained and there wasn’t a breakfast included in the price. These changes affect families, their schedules , and overall cost. "

"Very conveniently located with free parking, free breakfast in the morning and very reasonably priced making it affordable for us to visit again😊 Friendly staff and helpful very grateful, would recommend it."

"Room was clean, friendly staff. Considering there was a dance competition which my daughter participated in and the craziness all going on the staff was extremely friendly anf helpfull of the area. Plenty of parking Considering that every room was taken."
