「Room was adequate. Bathroom and towels were clean. Staff seemed apathetic and bored. Lady at breakfast worked hard and kept counter clean and stocked. 」

「The entire facility smelled like mold and smoke. My room smelled like urine and smoke. The towels were dirty. The toilet had menstrual blood on it. It was horrible. The orher hotels in the area provided the same Unsatisfactory. Next time i will stay in Lafayette. 」

「Upon check-in we were told elevator is out of order so we had to use the stairs! No rooms available on 1st floor. In the room there was NO television services. Called front desk and were told that the manager would fix the problem within an hour but 5 hours later still not fixed so we went to bed! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!」

「Lovely Hotel, clean, staff are attentive, fabulous breakfast. Easy access to highway. The only issue we had was our room faced the parking lot and the security light shone directly into our room. There were no drapes to pull across the window, only sheer curtains. 」

「Such a cute little gem, right outside of downtown Lafayette. The house was lovely inside and out. The recent renovations and layout of the house makes it feel so much bigger than it is. The vaulted ceilings, and beautiful attention to details in the interior design made this a new place to stay when we visit! 」

「I was very disappointed with the morning breakfast. The food containers were empty both mornings I tried to eat. The food choices were very sub-par. An egg white omelette or a cheese and egg omelette both days. They were something placed on a baking pan and heated up. Second morning they actually put some biscuits and gravy out, but they too were very scarce for consumption. Gravy pan was empty most of the time.The pancake maker machine was also slow and when it worked made very small...

「Dirty room, dusty and poor upkeep. Poor housekeeping service that did not reliably come to clean the room regularly and when they did, it was a poor job. They did not pick-up/change towels left in the tub. Bed-making was a joke and looked disheveled. Room smelled like smoke throughout our stay. Had to have it disinfected three times. Left a message at the front desk to call the manager about the situation and they never returned the call. TV did not work properly and maintenance could not fix...

「The room I had wasn’t cleaned thoroughly for an employee to tell me they just renovated when it had hair in the tub,sink,and in the fridge even. Stains on the sheets, the floor was dusty like it hasn’t been swept/mopped .it seems no one is checking behind the lady who cleans. I just won’t be returning here. 」

「The hot water only stays on for about two minutes and then turns completely cold, making it difficult to shower. The beds are also very old and extremely squeaky, which makes it hard to rest. In addition, when we turn on the A/C, there is an intermittent low vibration noise that keeps coming on and off, and we cannot figure out the cause.」
