Everything was amazing. Our chef had things shipped bd delivered prior to us arriving. The Host was nice enough to bring those thing inside before we arrived. There was enough to f face towels etc for the entire stay. There was snow skis and other things for everyone to play in the snow as well if we didn’t want to leave out.

Gold King Retreat

House is stunningly beautiful and comfortable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Minor technical glitch with the movie room was quickly remedied by the property management team. We would highly recommend this house for rental.

Best VRBO in Breck

Every summer I host a small retreat for business owners. And we have stayed at a half-dozen spots over the years, and this was our favorite by far. The house is spacious and beautiful. The neighborhood is quiet and right next to some hiking trails. And our communication with the hosts was excellent.

Our 50th wedding anniversary celebration

Overall the property was great. Some minor maintenance issues(lights that barely worked, outlets that won't hold plugs, screens that were ripped or broken, kitchen island garbage disposal we couldn't get to work, two of the three ice makers didn't work), but nothing that make the property undesirable. Great layout allowed our 14 people to be under one roof but also to spread out when some alone or quiet time was needed. Beautiful views. Conveniently located to town. Well appointed kitchen.

Family Christmas Getaway

Property was clean, beautuful, and fully equipped. Our family of 14 enjoyed our stay. Andrew was a great help when we had a bathroom issue in one of the rooms. They sent a tech out to evaluate the problem. Our only disappointment was the projector was broken and we did not get to enjoy the theater room, which was a selling feature for the house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this property for our wedding and had 15 people staying. From first walking in the door the property takes your breath away. Our family had the best time running around the house exploring, enjoying the breathtaking backyard, and seeing wildlife! We did a majority of our wedding photos on the property because it was so beautiful! Many morning we saw moose in the front yard & had a fox visit us in the backyard! Everyone had a wonderful, comfortable, and unforgettable stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the place is a great place with the size, location and finishes. But there are some upkeep items that detract from it being a perfect stay. The snow fence is falling off one of the entrances, a fence rail in the back is broken, the mattresses/box springs all seem to be worn out and the home theater system was aging (though a technician fixed it while we were there and all the DVD’s were missing?). It’s still a great place to stay there’s just some things keeping it from being perfect for the amount of money you’re paying to stay there. I would still consider coming back to stay there again.

Potential to be a 5.0 but falls short on the little things

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic property and location. Great for large groups. We really enjoyed our stay. I would give this a 5.0 rating but all the little things unfortunately total up to 3.8 rating. Late check-in information (after 4:00), not the most clean, some bad mattresses, some repair items needing on the property, and a non-working theatre room (and not much effort to repair it by Pinnacle) take away from the rating. Our experience was still great, but giving constructive feedback would suggest the property and Pinnacle need to be better.

Wonderful Place for a Large Family Gathering

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the ideal place for 20 extended family members to enjoy a holiday vacation. There are spaces large enough for all to be together, as well as plenty of separate spaces for multiple smaller groups when interests varied.We rented the property for the week after Christmas, including New Year's. That being a peak week, it understandably drew a premium price. Unfortunately, a few minor issues caused it to fall just short of the expected premium experience. A broken knob on the Viking Professional oven made its use difficult. Frames on the downstairs beds were broken. Wall sockets were loose enough that plugs wouldn't stay in. Felt on the poker table was stained and ripped. Nothing major, and if half stars were allowed, the two 4-star ratings would be 4.5's. The management company also responded quickly to our reports and did what they could to repair things in the limited time available.All said, we would rent the property again and would certainly not discourage anyone else looking for a great place to host a large number of people from doing the same. But a small refresh would return the property to its full premium glory.

Family Gathering

We had a wonderful stay! More room than we knew what to do with! Nicely secluded but still convenient to town. It was a bit chilly for our July stay so the hot tub was perfect! The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed. Another plus with small grandchildren was that the backyard was fenced and contained so outdoor playtime was low stress.

Great for our family.

This was a great property for family to stay. We had children along and there was plenty of room. The hot tub, theater and pool table were nice when the weather wasn't good for outdoor activities.

Outstanding property, very large open spaces, great for a large group. We were a group of 20, everyone had plenty of space and the kitchen is well suited to feed and serve that large of a group. Loved this property.

Incredible property for a family reunion. So large that all 3 families had their own private sleeping areas. The kids thought they were staying in a castle. So many features that made this place extra special. Expansive views, electric shades, huge fireplace, movie theater, hot tub, incredible kitchen/entertainment areas with 3 sinks, 2 dishwashers, and massive, top of the line appliances. Separate office, billiard, and poker rooms gave people private spaces for conversations or work related activities. Master bedroom has steam shower and attached sitting room with a private balcony. Very cool.

Perfect home for Family Reunion

This property is larger than appears in photographs. All guests in our party had plenty of space. A few in our party are musical and enjoyed the Steinway piano! It was an added bonus!

Beautiful home. Pictures are an accurate representation of the house. Our only concern was the lack of air conditioning. We knew this, but the evenings were a little warmer than anticipated. Excluding the air conditioning, the house was perfect location for our family get together.
