Great condo in middle of breck fun

We loved this condo! Location was perfect. Nice view of mountains. Right along river, so nice to hear the water! Everything was easily walkable, we never used our car once. Underground parking at complex was super easy. Location, parking, view can’t be beat! We will stay here again!

Great Location

The location is great for access to the slopes and downtown. Just bear in mind during warmer months, there is no A/C and the location can be a bit noisy with the windows open. The unit had everything we needed to prepare basic meals. We never made it to the pool and hot tubs as they seemed a bit far from the unit.

Breckenridge condo

The property is in a great location with good amenities ie:pool and spa. The actual complex is circa 1980/70s and has never been renovated. The actual condo is comfortable but dated. The bed needs to be replaced. Basic things like no teaspoons, no cloths to clean up, one roll of toilet paper for a week, no basic supplies like sugar sachets was annoying.

Great weekend getaway

The unit was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Since there is no air (typical in a mountain town), we opened windows at night. The neighborhood is noisy (no fault of the owners) so it may not work for some people. On the other hand, the proximity to everything is outstanding and the reason behind the noise. Shops and restaurants are just steps away from the unit. Our only complaint was the complex pool. It had a lot of bugs in it. The complex should clean daily. We would definitely stay here again. The unit was well cared for and had a lot of nice extras like two large TVs.

This place had everything we needed and better yet right on Main Street so if your there to be in town only you really wouldn’t need a car. Cozy and accommodating. Didn’t get to check out the hot tubs but it looked like they were fixing the pool.

Great Location

This condo was perfect for us. The location meant we didn't have to get in the car every time we wanted to do something. This place was very clean and comfortable. We could see the town lit up with holiday lights from our window.

Wonderful but sad about the hot tub

We loved the location and most everything about this cute fun place. The only huge bummer is that when we arrived they said hot tubs close at 6pm and they were a bit of a trek from the room. We were able to enjoy one night of the hot tub but would have loved more flexible hours for that. Everything else was wonderful!

Perfect location

Right in the heart of downtown Breck. It was so nice to have the parking space and just walk everywhere. The pullout couch wasn’t very comfortable, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. Pool was great, they are limiting to 45 people at a time and have to make a reservation 24 hours in advance, but it wasn’t difficult to get a time. Kind of nice that it wasn’t packed, and the 1.5 hours that they allow was plenty of time. Room was clean, kitchen well-stocked, loved having the option of on-demand for watching movies at night. Great place!
