Great New Years week stay

My wife, daughters age 9 and 12. and I had a great time. The property is roomy and warm. Its easy to get to Peak 9. The pools were well maintained. The shuttle is very convenient. We would book this place again.

Good Location & Centrally Located

The property owner was very accessible and provided lots of helpful advice. The property location had all the amenities if you like to ski or do other things. The pool and hot tubs off of Building 5 were easily accessible. Ski on and Ski off was also pretty straightforward. We were in building 5, so it was easier for us to ski out to the Snowflake lift and ski back to the building off of Lower Sawmill. We recommend taking advantage of the movie theater availability (no charge) at the facility. It was a nice break in the activities for our family. Lastly, I recommend you find a ski locker quickly as there are not a lot available with each building. The shuttle was also a great convenience to get into town and coming back to the place. We highly recommend renting at Grand Timber from Rich. It is great for families.
