Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 4-bedroom home, including the private office, exercise area, and laundry room. Parking is provided for up to 4 vehicles, with 2 spaces in the garage and 2 spaces on the gravel parking area. All amenities, including the gas grill and Sonos sound system, are private for guest use.

This home is situated in a peaceful, wooded area of Breckenridge that perfectly balances seclusion with convenience. The surrounding forest provides a quiet backdrop for your stay, with large windows throughout the house offering frequent glimpses of local wildlife and the stunning Ten Mile Range. In the winter, you are just a short drive from the world-renowned slopes of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Summer visitors can enjoy easy access to nearby hiking and biking trails out the front door with scenic Aspen Alley, or head to the Blue River for exceptional trout fishing. The vibrant shops, award-winning restaurants, and historic charm of Main Street are all within minutes of your front door.
Getting Around:
A vehicle is recommended to fully enjoy the Breckenridge area, especially for accessing the ski base areas and nearby trailheads. The property offers a 2-car garage and additional driveway parking. 4WD is needed from fall through spring in case of a snow storm.
Other Things to Note:
Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.
Please note that like most homes in the area, this home does not have A/C. The house is well insulated, so closing the windows and doors during the day will keep the home below 70 degrees in the summer. The house does have fans in every bedroom if needed.
4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.
The primary closet on the first floor houses the modem and router.
